One thing to keep in mind, Ms. Taft could have been killed and sexually assaulted by someone that specifically targeted her, perhaps based solely on sudden opportunity....hence, the immediate male neighbors being checked.
Yes, this would be a very sick mind, but it is possible. Such a scenario would not be labeled as "random".
Could it have been a neighbor that knew where a key was hidden outside?
Could it be someone that often saw KT coming and going and was infatuated with her...yes in a disturbed way?
Such a person would know JG was away and would recognize KT's Lexus and assume she was alone in the house(especially if D's car was left at the shopping center).
Just food for thought. I just can't discount the male DNA requests as 'bogus' just yet.

Yes or what if the tapes contain speech from D that is slurred? I have thought of dozens of possiblities.

I am going to be very disappointed if the tapes contain nothing that seems off. LOL

I've been reading quickly to catch up with all that I have missed. I see no other news has surfaced recently and we should not expect any change on Friday. I've been keeping up with so many cases and trying to have a real life too LOL. I hope everyone is doing well.

911 tapes are always a bone of contention and subject to interpretation...so many cases when family member is caller, they are seen as too calm, or too specific, or too much alibi-info presented, too much info or not enough, tone of voice off, too dramatic, not dramatic enough...etc...
this one shapes up to very interesting, if ever made public...

I agree with you cluciano63 - that was indeed the case in Michelle Young's case. Different posters listening to the same audio file sometimes had totally different opinions of Meredith's demeanor. What I heard was a woman trying her best to control her emotions while she handled a 2 1/2 year old baby girl while trying to talk to 911 AND come to the conclusion that her sister had been brutally beaten. What another poster heard (one that believes Meredith killed Michelle) on the other hand was something entirely different. I fully expect the same to happen in this case if we ever get to hear the call, that is....Bone of contention indeed.

It is unusual that both cases have the sister finding the other sister murdered, apparently from someone who did it late evening or early morning.

I said several times I had heard she was raped....wonder if the SW's will comment on that? Perhaps the SW's will finally clear D and no more ugly rumors will swirl about her?
