This guy is flat out gross and creepy (just read the article mentioned above). I mean, what in the world is with his pooping on the floor!?!?! Does anyone know what that means in psychological terms besides "$hit on you?" Freaky. Was this a separate incident from the house broken into w/ the 58 yr old woman and grandchild? I want to know more, yet I don't what to know more.

LE was probably just collecting anything they thought could be used as evidence.

Here's a thought - EMS leaves the house, KT and DH are @ hospital so the house is empty for maybe atleast an hour before the 2nd 911 call to alert LE of a crime - perhaps JW returned to the scene of the crime. IMO, that would explain cereal bowls, baggies, beer.

Who knows - its obvious JW wasn't what some would term "normal".

Now that they have JW's DNA perhaps he will be tied to other unsolved B/E, rapes, or even murders.

IMO, this isn't the first time doing this type of thing aside from what his record shows.

This is my first post-I have been reading this thread since the beginning of this case and have found it very interesting. I think it is possible that JW was a squatter at JG's house while he was in Fla. Here is my theory on what could have happened:
DH goes to the HT to get dinner-locks the keys in her car and walks back to JG's. After she and KT have dinner and watch Paper Moon, KT goes to bed...DH takes KT's car to go back out-maybe to the HT at Cameron Village for beer or breakfast. JW decides to go over to JG's to "squat", do drugs, eat or whatever. He does not know anyone is in the house. KT comes out or makes herself known in the room-startles JW-he attacks.
DH returns-he remains in the room until she falls asleep on the couch.
I heard from a close source on March 7 that DH heard a "bump" in the night and that is what made her check on KT-this could have been JW leaving the scene. DH did not turn on the light or go in the room. She then goes up stairs to bed.
If DH did hear or see someone before she found KT at 9:30-it is possible that JW came back to the scene to make sure she was dead-but could not get back in...just thoughts.
I do know that a KT's hospital room was guarded by a policeman at all times-so they were concerned that someone was going to try to get to her again.

I'm a little surprised here. It is not uncommon now for women to marry and keep their maiden name or some variation. This young woman is not accused of anything, and she may have been home, or may have been working.......she is a victim here as well.

This is just plain weird but something that would be in a "Jack***" show on MTV. JW was 17-18 at the time. Drugs, ,BM and B&E. I am SURE his dad was soooo embarrassed.

What is particularly disturbing is that I had a class with JW in High School. We would talk from time to time because I also played the bass. He came off as a fairly normal individual and I would not of pegged him as a person who would be accused of murder and rape. I have also occasionally run in to him at bars (the last time being about a year and half ago) and he was always very polite. I do know that the guy in the blue shirt (reference to an earlier post) is one of JW’s friends and was in a band with him in High School. I have a feeling that drug usage will play a major role in this case.

The point I was making is she could possibly help with an exact time-line, if she was in fact home that night.

2003... communicating threats and harassing calls (dismissed)
2005.....protective order.... "emotionally unstable" / his "violence is unpredictable."
2010....1st degree murder & 1st degree rape

Not buying D went back out, especially in KT's lexus. We know she did not drive it to the hospital and besides, KT would have heard her car start, as the BR window is just below the parking pad.

With what we found out about using the neighbor's home to call 900# sex sites, who knows, maybe he had been using the usually unoccupied JG home for internet access and drug use in order to hide it from his wife?
Perhaps that is the best explanation for the 'baggie corners'?
