It's actually $12.89 --- on sale! Get it now!

"...and you can buy it on Amazon for $12.99"

Well he lost me when he said his research involved animals because "you can do things to animals you can't due to humans." Anybody that knows me, is one of my Facebook friends, know my feelings about animals. 'Abuse an animal, GO TO JAIL.'

I like her hair!

For me, she is bolstering the theory that JW may have targeted KT to amp the level to feed his addiction. He was taking it up a notch.

Congrats, JW, you scored the highest she's seen. Yikes. He really doesn't seem like the sweater-vest type.

Well, now my Tickle-Box has really been turned over!!!:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Must be the serotonin...

Alcohol makes me happy. It also results in my being able to shoot pool and bowl much better. Go figure.

Andrea Yates was so mentally incapacitated she wasn't able to distinguish right from wrong. She didn't kill her kids because she wanted to be rid of them. She thought she had to save their souls, she was hearing voices. That is a true level of insanity. If she hadn't been in a psychosis she wouldn't have harmed her children.

Compare that to JW. He knows right from wrong. He doesn't care. Yes he's mentally ill, but he could also form the intent to hurt someone. Whatever substance abuse and addictions he had doesn't negate the fact that he's a danger to society and must be locked up forever for the protection of society. Sure, feel sorry for him, as no one wants to be mentally ill or would ever choose that.

But he's still guilty of first degree murder and the other charges.

So far I find this woman credible. And I believe he's a sex addict. To me though, I don't see a relationship between this and the question of pre-meditation of this crime. I get it that this guy is screwed up.

I guess they'll attempt to address their contention that this isn't premeditated at some point...wish they'd get to it though. This is all quite salacious.

Also, I am thinking that Jason had his family bring him books about SA or other types of psych stuff, thus the prosecution questions yesterday about what type of books they brought to jail for him. They'll probably contend he studied up so as to portray being psycho.

Same thoughts here, Boodles -- This evaluation was done only 3+ MONTHS before trial...

So did he imply he 'met his wife while in a bar in a drunken stupor'?

  at self-promoting doctor who is hawking his books (and tests drugs on animals ). I muted him once I heard that. If I were on the jury I would have trouble listening to anything he said after hearing his flippant remark about animals.

</greatly dislike>

I think his testimony might be the crux of the defense's case arguing against premediation. Since that's the point of this trial (vs 'did he do it?'), I'm paying attention! Dopamine and Ritalin 101.

But I am glad Buddy is keeping this guy railed in. You can tell this witness likes to hear himself talk.

Premeditation, as we've learned from many, many cases, is an intent that can be made in a matter of seconds. It's not the same as "pre-planning."

Lots of murders happen without pre-planning and still meet the legal definition of premeditation.

JW intended to break into that home. JW intended to rape Kathy Taft. And JW intended to harm Kathy Taft, which led to her death.

"the pedal to the metal".... wasn't that VERY similar to the analogy used by the defense during opening statement?

All these type of 'expert witnesses', I call them paid 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, turn me off. So few anymore are believeable IMO. Who is that ME that's on all the talk shows giving his 'opinions'? They've lost all credibility to me. They have their own agenda's, books to promote, and IMO seriously inflated egos. :moo:

As for his current testimony, 'did somebody hold JW down and force feed him all the alcohol, drugs, etc? And what of the poor victim, KT? After all, she undressed, put her pajamas on, and got into her bed. :banghead:

Not able to plan, corrupted his planning. Bull *****.

Man, try working with them. After almost 20 years in higher education, the thing professors love the most is the sound of their own voices. Specially when they are "right". :truce:

Nah, it's the dopemine. :p

And again, as to the testimony now, 'if he didn't *plan*, why'd he pick up the rock?

What do you know? ANOTHER defense witness that suffers from real good/real bad memory. Sheesh, how obvious can the bias get?
