So basically, if he lied about the sex question, what's to say he isn't lying about any other of his answers both before and after the murder of KT?

So, that's a good sigh?

Yes :)

CR@P. My bf's ex emailed him asking if he could take their dog -she lives in Michigan and can't keep him (wtf-ever). There goes our independence. :banghead:

Two men approached a juror and asked her for her opinion on trials in general. She immediately reported the incident to the bailiffs. They searched the floor, but could not find the men in question. The court is going to inquire to ensure she was not influenced by this experience, it wasn't anyone in the courtroom, and she feels she can continue without prejudice.

Seriously! What the heck?

There is a problem with one of the jurors and they are having to interview that person right now. I think that's what's going on. I woke late from my nap and walked in on their discussion that a juror did something or talked with someone during their lunch break and they are having to get that straightened out right now.

A Weimaraner. He -the dog- is beautiful. Also there goes romantic nights at my house. :please:

Oh, sweet boy! You don't have to lose your independence or romance! :fence: Our *babies* are wonderful. They love to sleep late in the mornings. Dog can ride shot-gun on your outings. :great: You won't ever find a better friend, nor anybody who loves you more devotedly.

I believe you. Thing is, BF and I don't live together, but in opposite ends of Seattle metro. Meh. You never know though, this might just be the push he needs to sell his house in the burbs and move into the city.

Apparently both sides are convinced it was innocent enough, or did not cause harm. The juror handled the matter appropriately. The jurors wear little tags identifying themselves as jurors. For *most* people, that would be a sign to stay away from them in general, but I would imagine that tag is a magnet for others. Maybe one of the guys thought it was a clever pick up line...

Are they stopping each day at 4:30? If so, why....anybody know?

I wondered the same thing, NC. Maybe someone has childcare issues, has to pick up their kid from the sitter by 5:00 or something? Or can't leave older children alone at home too long after school.
