Darn! I missed most of this morning's testimony. Dr Wolfe not testifying? How strange since everyone keeps talking about her!

But, WTH??? The TV was on and he saw this BEFORE entering the house? Whoa! Did she testify to that on direct or cross??

That's seriously significant in my mind!

Both, IIRC.

You are right--it's seriously significant to the prosecutor's case and I hope they will do something to make it significant to the jury.

Lunch until 2:00

Thx lady. I am all :maddening: about a child abuse case in Centralia WA. I cannot 🤬🤬🤬🤬 believe 'mothers' can be that incredibly blind, or stupid, or plain evil.

I hope the pros. hones in on this very fact during their closing statement. It's huge.

And there was KT's car in the parking area -- about 3--5 feet from the mailbox that he says he examined...

Hi borndem, did you have a nice week-end? One of my grandsons had his birthday party Sunday, and thankfully it didn't rain on his pool party as my daughter had dreaded. It started raining right after the party ended and his little friends all went home. :woohoo:

Had a good weekend. Ahhh, birthday parties -- what fun!!!

They have to set the foundation for the computer examiner. First the person who physically seized the computer has to testify to establish that foundation of how the computer got to the police dept. Then that sets the stage for the examiner. Yes, chain-of-custody.

Every time I put on my sports bra, daily now that it's summer, I'm reminded of that poster who had her husband drag her around the house in her sports bra. The image just doesn't fade.

ha ha! I think of this, too. I also purposely look up at the security cameras in HT now. I also remember people testing their dogs to see what would happen if a spouse "attacked" them during the JY trial. A few weeks ago there was such a bad storm that thunder awoke me at 1 AM from a dead sleep and my first thought was of MY that was awoken, not by a natural sound, but by the very unnatural sight of her husband about to kill her. Maybe these trials are making brain tracts!! Oh no!

InPrivate Browsing strikes again (a function of IE 8)

The buggy beta version of IE 8 in 2008 is what likely allowed the search in Brad Cooper's computer history to show up while deleting the cookie. By the time of the KT murder in 2010, that bug had been fixed. But using forensic software, this examiner still found hits on JW's computer that he had used while InPrivate browsing was enabled.

LOLOLOL! When he was first elected gov. I didn't mind sharing that I dated him as a teenager. Didn't take but a few years for me to learn to keep my mouth shut about hat.

Oh, My, East. Bless your heart! Was he a smooth operator back then? whew, love it! <chuckle, chuckle> I can't help it. That's a cute story, but I probably wouldn't put it on my resume.

I nominate this trial as being one of the most boring I've ever seen for the spectators. :(

Geez, how long are these e-mails they're reading? And if it's so important, why can't we know what they say? zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

OT: does anyone know if it's possible to record the trial on a laptop from the WRAL feed if the laptop has a DVD read/write drive? I haven't been able to figure out how.

Now now, why would you say that.... :offtobed: LOL

This is boring for sure.

But I am grateful for the rate and pace of both the prosecution and defense teams. It's a drastic difference from the JY trial. In one day these folks cover what it took BH and HC a week to address. I love succinctly stated questions!

OMG how funny! I am currently on the market for a sports bra. I play a full contact sport and the boobage had a not-so-minor scrape last week. OUCHIE. I am taking recommendations :rocker:
