Missing Lincoln Co. woman last seen going to dinner with man in November

Katlyn Marie Combs was reported missing by her stepmother on Old Lincolnton Crouse Road. She was last seen around 5 p.m. on Nov. 19 when she left to go out to dinner with a white male driving a full-size white pickup truck.

Combs, who turned 23 on Christmas Day, is described as a white female with brown hair and green eyes. She is 4′8″ tall and weighs 180 lbs.

Sheriff’s Detectives Asking for Public’s Help in Locating Missing Woman


December 27, 2018

Lincolnton, NC – Lincoln County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 23-year-old woman.

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in the 800 block of Old Lincolnton Crouse Road to investigate a missing person. They spoke to the reporting party, Tammy Holcomb, who advised her step-daughter, Katlyn Marie Combs, 23, had been missing since November 19, 2018.

Ms. Holcomb told officers Katlyn left around 5:00 p.m. on November 19, 2018 stating she was going to dinner. She left with a white male driving a full size white pickup truck.

Katlyn Marie Combs, who turned 23 years old on Christmas Day, is described as a white female with brown hair and green eyes. She is 4 feet – 8 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

Wow, that's more than a month ago that she's been missing. Why did she wait until now to report her? I take it that she lived with her step mother? I hope she is ok.
