"According to the Matthews Police Department, 21-year-old Keith Flack is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Flack, who is described as a Black male, standing 6'0" tall and weighing 225 pounds.

Flack has short black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a red shirt, dark blue jeans, red shoes and a black Jordan drawstring backpack.

Officials say Flack was last seen in Matthews and is reportedly heading to Charlotte."
