Found Deceased Nc - Kenneth Anthony Hope, 39, Ashville, 19 March 2018

Officers said Kenneth Anthony Hope, 37, has not been seen or heard from by his family since Mar. 19.Relatives said Hope has been staying in a homeless camp near a McDonald's and camps with a person who goes by the name "Cowboy."
Hope is described as having blond hair and tattoos on his upper right arm. He has been known to wear a shaved haircut and glasses.
