Reannan could this be the guy standing there in the video of the 2 guys and girl in white vest leaving? The tshirt guy as you called him. Look at the design on the front of the shirts and the hair line.

That is a good spot, but the t-shirts look different to me.

I'm pretty sure T-Shirt Guy is wearing a shirt from a store called Express. They have a lion as their logo and it is on a lot of the graphic Ts they sell. Here's a link - you can see how some of the lions match up with the shirt T-Shirt Guy is wearing.

Great job with that picture dimples! Did you find that at the link you posted earlier? I am heading over there to look for a while myself. ASU2USC, you are correct on the origin of the t-shirt that "tee-shirt guy" is wearing. Great find - I wonder if LE knows this already? LittleRNB, do you think we need to share this with the people you have made contact with? It would be interesting to know if they already have that piece of information.

That's an excellent observation! I saw on Kyle's web site today that there was an entry from a female who names the tee shirt guy as Jay. She says he is possibly a guy she knows who goes to Buckhead Saloon often and she encouraged them to talk with the manager of the bar. Maybe the pieces of the puzzle will start to finally come together! I could PM Mr Fleischmann and tell him he could review this thread. I will do that now. Good idea!

Im confused with all these videos. This guy on Kyle's facebook group says the people in the first video have been identified and werent much help. Is the first video the video with the white vest girl...or the one of kyle walking out/in?

We have been able to check out a lot of different leads regarding the bar. Unfortunately those people in the first video did not provide any useful info. However, CMPD was able to talk with 3 of the 4 guys and they were unable to ID Kyle that night. At this point, with the footage, we are trying to seek anyone who may have even seen Kyle at Buckhead near close regardless of their interaction with Kyle. If they can ID Kyle or any altercation that may have occurred that night at Buckhead it will be extremely useful. If you can ID the people in the last video please encourage them to come forth and tell CMPD about their night. It is not a screening, but simply a means of finding ways to figure out Kyle's last movements that night. Please spread the word in any way you can and lets help as much as possible!

It's funny how regional people are - my name actually means From Arizona State University to University of Southern California. I knew there was another USC and several other ASU's but I didn't realize how close two of the others were!

KansasCutie, I read that posting to mean they have interviewed people on the video where Kyle was seen leaving. It looks like four guys leave right behind Kyle, but they don't appear to be "with" Kyle, if that makes any sense. Here is a link to the video I think is being discussed in your posting:

I went over the photo's at the link dimples provided to Charlotte nightlife. Here is what I found that looks like Kyle in the club on the night he went missing; 11/8/07 (photo album #1):

Links deleted, because this was at the Buckhead Saloon in Raleigh, not Charlotte. The guy sure did look like Kyle. Oh well....back to the drawing board.

Philomena IIRC he didn't bring his car that night, he originally went with a couple friends after the Dane Cook show. The friends went home early and he wanted to stay.

(I figure he was gonna take a cab home or call someone.)

If I am mistaken please someone correct it please. I don't want to cause more speculation or wrong facts. I am trying to keep this case and the JG case straight.

Also Reannan I seen those photos on the site, and thought it looked like Kyle but I wasnt sure, I even compared them to photos from his facebook site, and still wasnt sure. Some photos of Kyle it looks just like him and then some it doesn't.

Reannan I think we need to double check cause those photos if I am not mistaken are from Ladies Night in Raleigh at the Buckhead Saloon there. I could be wrong and please correct me if I am.

If you click on Charlotte on the home page then

Click Search Albums at the top and under location you have to click the arrow and choose buckhead saloon (there is a buckhead saloon Raleigh) posted as well so ya have to becareful not to click that one. Then search all dates is the easiest way. Scroll down for the most recent posted albums.

If you go to the Albums above....take note of a guy who is in almost every album on the weekend timeframe. He is always there and I thought he worked there (which he might and this could be the wrong guy) but do yall think that could be J, that the person is talking about? I don't wanna post his pic in case it isn't him and he has nothing to do with this.

Thanks Dimples for clearing all that information up! I went back to the lazyday site and searched some more, and I believe you are correct. I initially found it by searching under the city of Charlotte, and then going back to the November archives. It does not make it clear at all that you are looking at the Buckhead saloon in Raleigh!!! And that guy really looks a lot like Kyle IMO. In any case, I will go and delete the last pictures I posted of those people who were partying the night away in Raleigh. Thanks again for keeping my late night foggy head straight. :doh:

Since Hoodie guy is large in stature and appears disinterested with conversation and keeps his post at the door, my guess would be he's a bouncer/id checker.
Hoodie guy probably won't remember guys well, LE should ask him about the white vest girl and pocketbook girl. He'd probably tend to remember the girls better than the guys.. Are the regulars or..? A lot of times if someone is a regular, their id isn't checked and they get right in, as they're familiar..

no scent at the scene, he was picked up and put in a suv, look in the fields by the train station, I am a pyschic and this is what I see. I "saw" the DC chick covered w/leaves by an underpass in a park like area in DC, I looked thru her eyes and saw the leaves, heard the cars above and the blue sky. She was found about 1/3 mi from an area just like that, I saw it about three weeks after she disappeared.

field for Kyle is same said as the train station, I see some big building, vacant, right by the train station, weeds are waist high, alot of litter, he is not buried, just dumped, sorry but that is what they did. Pissed he didn't have $$$$ or fancy watch, he thought he knew them but didn't. I don't think they were black. But this is a gang thing.

This is a link about a body recently found very close to Charlotte. A sgt is quoted as saying they don't think it's Kyle. I guess it's up to the forensic scientists to make an ID... I hope it's not Kyle. I will post a link if they release an ID on the body soon.
