And Mr. White Angel over there is nonplussed with it all. Shoot, at least Casey could muster up some tears and emotions! Sigh....

What was it they were showing just then when the camera person panned to GH? Was it something we shouldn't see?

  • #163
Judge Stephens looks more beat up with all of this evidence than G.H. does.

Boz did a terrific job of hiding all of those bags of evidence from us this morning.

I'm a newb trial watcher. What is the reason for them showing us a seemingly normal bath mat?

Gulp. Did they hit her with the wooden utensil holder? It had a broken off piece, and they threw it away with all the rest of these things!

It could have been a 2-person attack...Grant attacks her and then Amanda is hitting her in the head at the same time....

08/02/2011, went back to the apartment and Sha had left out the item(s) for detectives, the manual for the SKIL saw. Model 9025.

He also spoke with an inmate who wanted to talk to them.

We're on cross now, yes?

I'm over here cursing.

He's so smug. I can't stand it. 4 blue gloves. 2 yellow latex kitchen gloves. 2 respirator masks. A pair of hard plastic goggles. Bleach. Towels. Clothes. TracPhone.

At least to me, it establishes the fact that it was important for them to get rid of everything in the bathroom. Sha testified that the bathroom was empty and so did the detective who was the first to enter the apartment.

People do not normally trash everything in a bathroom unless there is a reason to, and I don't think they could claim that they were redecorating. Sha testified that even the boys' bath toys were gone when she went to get them for gramma Hayes.

I grabbed that on a screen shot as well.

:blushing:

I got him after they showed the bloody towel.

-------->ETA: It wasn't actually bloody, that's just how my brain registered it when I saw it. Just because...well, I'm sure you guys can figure out why I think that. The detective actually stated it appeared to be a red towel that had been bleached.

Thank you! That totally failed to click for me, having missed that earlier testimony.

Thank you for the screen shots, AnonymousD

I can understand why this detective is now in Internal Affairs. He's articulate, unflappable, intelligent, and calm. Glad he's the one who testified to all of this trash evidence.

Bloody towel?? OMG...did it actually have blood on it, or was it bleached out?

I"m happy to.

I'll put the one up of the judge after we have a verdict. I'll feel more comfortable about putting it out there after that. I hope you guys understand.

The rest of what I've grabbed today is a lot. Should I put them here? It will make the thread load so slowly......

The detective said it was a red towel bleached out. I thought it was blood, too.

It appeared to have been bleached.

The defense attorney did pretty good. He clued in on the fact that the dates were all scrambled and used that to his advantage.

Again, Prosecution, if you are reading here, PLEASE end with a timeline for the jurors! Although, the trash evidence was pretty compelling too.
