Afternoon Sleuthers :seeya:

I missed the morning session, trying to catch up.
Can someone tell me who has been on the stand so far today?
TIA!

ETA- Never mind, I think I got it. Lauras Custody Att. and Ginger Calloway, correct?

Judging by the date she did the interview (July, 27, 2011) I am going to say nope.
After hearing all the details that have come out afterwards, I have to think her opinion may have changed a bit. You can only stay in denial for so long.

Tell that to Cindy Anthony :floorlaugh:

sorry, couldn't resist

I like her. Apparently she knows her way around a court room. I give the State attys a minus grade on this one. The State should have been objecting. You don't leave it up to the witness to fend for herself on the stand.

I don't know if I am projecting but I sense some serious dislike coming off this lady towards GH. I don't blame her a bit. I think she was secretly applauding Laura becoming more confidant and assertive. Poor Laura, she didn't stand a chance against that animal because IMO he likes his women afraid.

Yes, I sensed that too. I also sensed that she didn't want to have to deal with his defense attorneys as an extension of him, you could see it in her face she would get this look of disgust when it was their turn to question her. Then she would get a look of relief when it was back to the prosecutor's turn.

Thanks, Surfie! I can't hear a dag on thing the attorney is saying :(

& seattlechiquita, ITA!! I got all types of fidgetey in my seat when I realized who she was. They surely wouldn't call her if it didn't help their case.

The top paragraph on left is the same as the right, so why r they comparing them? Confused.....

I suck at following scientific testimony. It bores me to death, but I understand its importance. *confession mode off*

They had Grant re-write the whole thing while in custody (I guess he volunteered for it?). It's to compare and contrast naturally occurring variation that we all have when we write in different situations. That said, some characteristics stay the same.

Basically, I think this is going to show that the agreement was written on something found in Grant and Amanda's apartment. Since the kids were exchanged at Sheetz, this was probably not very likely to have occurred there. Ergo, it happened that fateful evening in the apartment.

I love the way the defense opens up questioning with the slimey aside ' I just want to clear up a few things'

What exactly don't you understand Mr Lawyer?

Or, if AH was sitting there practicing Laura's signature, that could be where the indented writing came from.
