157 months? Oh no, this is sick. I feel sick.

The more RG talks, the louder the judge breathes.

Wow. That's less time than I would have expected.

Max Sentence = 157 months

The State dropped the ball and didn't add aggravating factors ie children present during crime.

157 months. 13 lousy years.

Max Sentence = 157 months

I thought I heard Judge Stephens say 157 months is the minimum, not maximum but I might have heard him wrong.

More lies coming from the defense attorney, unbelievable.
:boohoo::boohoo:

So the most she can get is 13 yrs.

Hmmmm....

Well better than nothing, which she could have gotten.

I know how could the State just "forget" to do that????

I thought I heard Judge Stephens say 157 months is the minimum, not maximum but I might have heard him wrong.

That's what I heard too and he indicated that there were aggravating factors of the children being there.

I thought I heard Judge Stephens say 157 months is the minimum, not maximum but I might have heard him wrong.

I heard 157 at the minimum also.

He also says the Prosecution did not show the mitigating factors to get the maximum?

Was that what I heard?

My heart is beating through my ears.

I heard minimum, but I also herad that Judge say, without the aggravating factors, she will get the minimum sentence of 157 months? Or something like that?

NO she did not just say that "Mrs. Hayes could've easily been the victim instead of Ms. Ackerson."
