You're quite welcome, my sleuthing buddy! :D

And it's no Matthew Phelps on today's docket. But it'll happen sooner or later. :)

Hey Borndem!

Can you get in the Calendar & Schedules for Wake Co. Superior court? Have you used his docket # (17CR216961) to find it on the calendar. It says it has a 6 month calendar on there. It's one of those sites I can't get into....

Just wanna’ thank you and Borndem for staying on top of this for us. (I rarely post because I stay so far behind on threads that anything I have to add has already been said, but I do follow and pray. One day maybe I’ll catch up again).

Powdered eggs? ugh

Out of 123 stab wounds there would have been many non-fatal wounds, borndem.

I will read back in the morning but is that cough medicine known to 'upset' people or cause violence of any sort?

I know many cough medicines can increase your heart rate through a sort of adrenalin type mechanism.

Awwwww :loveyou:Niner, , you make me blush! :blushing:

BTW, no Matthew Phelps on the docket -- today (or Friday).

IMO, his attorney, however bright and successful he is, is gonna have have a tuff time of it. If his med. consultant is much, much more convincing than the prosecution's expert, then Cheshire might have a chance at getting a 2nd degree murder conviction. But 123 stab wounds simply screams 1st degree -- even if the defense tries to claim 2nd degree due to no prior planning, IMO it's like strangulation -- it takes 3--5 minutes (sometimes more) to choke someone to death -- the strangler could stop and the victim could survive (unlike a bullet in the head or heart) -- but if Phelps had stopped stabbing after 5 or 6 stab wounds, Lauren might have survived. Usually the M.E. has no idea which stab wounds occurred in what order. Defense getting 2nd degree will be tuff if the prosecution is on the ball.
It takes 3to5 minutes to strangle someone? Wow, I didn't know. Sad

Hi, Niner -- If you are referring to the Superior Court Master Calendar -- no, I cannot figure out how to get info from it. The user/requester may have to be someone authorized to be able to use it. I've tried many times.

There are calendars that show which judge will be in which courtroom for a certain length of time, but that only gives the judge's name and the court to which he/she is assigned but it doesn't go into any info on individuals facing trial.

I do wonder how he's doing and if he has made any jail pals... He's got to be some creepy dude, IMO. <shiver>

K - thanks for the explanation on the court calendar.

Still here! Just :waiting:

Yep, Niner, still :waiting: and :waiting:.

And for our Matthew Phelps on the Wake Co. docket today, well, zero, zip, nada, nuttin', zilch, no way/no how, not-at-all. So it's still :waiting: .

I checked the local news, I guess because I must enjoy bangin' my head against the wall, and there was nothing new there, either.

:gaah::sheesh:

Today's docket is the same as Friday's docket -- nuttin' for Matthew Phelps. Blanko & Zilcho.

The medicine that he took wouldn't cause what he did. Hopefully this guy will never be free again.

Zilcho on the Wake County docket for Matthew Phelps. More nothing.

  • #718
No M. Phelps on today's docket. <sigh>

Again, goose eggs on the Where's Matthew on the Docket game for today, Friday 6/8/18. My consolation is that he is in the Wake County jail, and I'll bet he sleeps with one eye open, and he probably has a bad cough. <choke>
