The charges for failure to report the death appear to have been dropped as no formal charges are noted in judicial records after the initial arrest. She has no records in the judicial system under that name (I tried Boyle, Boyle-South, and South) in the state of North Carolina. Smart Search - eCourts Portal. What I find odd is that in the obituary for the daughter who died that resulted in her arrest, there is NO mention made of Lisa, and it only states (the daughter) is survived by her father and 4 siblings.
