This is all I know. It has been quite a while since their arrests and they have been on the court calendar several times before but I’m not sure when their case came up last. We usually only have a Superior Court date once a month here.

No, he only has the one charge. They were both only initially charged with the “concealing birth” charge. It was in a later court date that she had a murder charge added. I did find it curious that his bail was set so high in comparison.

Oh - okay - I shall change his charges. And yes, I noticed his bond was much higher than hers - so thought a charge was missing.

And Byrum charged (10/21/21) with murder. Bond (Byrum) $500K & (Poole) $1M. Out of custody, bonded out (both on 10/27/21).

The site you should be searching in the future is this one: Calendars / District and Superior Court

The link you posted previously is broken. You'll need to search Superior court specifically. They both have a court date scheduled for 6/5/23.
