RALEIGH 1:32 AM -- The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Norris Lee Torrence.Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Norris Lee Torrence, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Anyone with information about Norris Lee Torrence should call Ofc J West at the Kannapolis Police Department at 704-920-4000.
