Found Deceased NC - Paul Isaac Holmes, 33, Durham, went for a walk and didn't return, 29 Oct 2023 *remains found August 2025*

The family has posted flyers all over the city of Durham in search of Paul. He disappeared in late October 2023 when he went for a walk around Mallard Ave. Tattoo on left forearm says "stop me, I'm a runaway." Struggles with mental health and needs meds.
