The Buncombe Co. Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help to find Phillip Nathan Carter. He was reported missing on March 27, 2016 by a family member.

Phillip was last seen 30 days ago at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Tunnel Road in Asheville, NC.

Deputies say Phillip has no known vehicle, and was last seen on foot, a black hoodie and blue jeans.

He may be armed with a hammer, according to deputies.
