Came across an announcement from Law.com today of a general civil action lawsuit filed with the North Carolina Superior Court, Robeson County: Catherine L. Armenta vs. Hubert Graham, Sara Nicole Graham and USAA Life Insurance for Insurance claims. Was filed Feb. 4th, 2026. Anyone familiar with this?

I don't know what this is about after 11 years of Sara being gone , but if he had life insurance on Sara , what a way to add insult to injury. MOO

Thank you for sharing this. I looked further into court documents, there is also a civil declaratory judgment, asking the court to legally presume Sara deceased under North Carolina law, since she has been missing and unheard from for over 7 years (NC law), it creates a "legal status" so civil matters, like a life insurance policy, can be addressed/filed. Beyond that I didn't see any of there information that really stood out. Praying for justice for Sara!!

Bumping for our girl, yet again. This was one of the first cases I've followed on Websleuths. I was hoping for justice by now.
