I couldn't find any information on the victim or how they might have known one another. No public records (checked under "Rodas Vicente" and just "Vicente"). The POI had a conviction for a DWI Level 5 (after failing to stop for a stop sign or flashing red light, with no driver's license) in 2022 for which he completed 24 hours of community service. They did revoke his license but apparently he's driving again.
