My interpretation from the interview that I saw with Shaniya's father this morning was that he felt the time was right for Shaniya to begin a relationship with her mother because she was seemingly becoming more stable now, i.e, the home, the job, etc. He said he had reservations about it but felt like it was the right thing to do.

Of course, hindsight is always 20/20. I can't fault him for doing what he thought was in the best interest of his child. Maybe he had talked to Shaniya and she was happy with her mother and wanted to stay. I will never hold it against him that he gave his child to the one other person who would love, protect, and take care of her for the rest of her life and that was her mother. The man's grief and sorrow will torture him for the rest of his life and to me that is punishment enough.

NP. I was kinda letting the others know that it was a repost. I am sorry, my head is spinning, I have NG paused because I can't take seeing what I believe was Shaniya's last moments in that Hotel, and how my heart aches for Shaniya's Daddy. I've cried so much today, and when I see Momster not shed a tear, I get crazy. Sorry again, I wasn't being a smarty pants that I usually am.

I just got done watching a clip of the neighbor talking about the blanket being tossed in her trash bin and she could not contain her emotions, sobbing and wiping tears...yet the thing that gave birth to this gorgeous child could not muster up even a lip quiver. Skin and bones, breasts hanging at her waist. She looks very much like the crack ho that murdered my good friend's only son in Hammond Indiana 2 years ago...ordered pizza to a bogus address and shot him in the eye over 20 bucks and some pizza and hot wings. Drug addicts that are strung out to that extent have no souls, no value for human life....only focused on thier next fix. He was just 20 years old, working 3 jobs.
Again, they have no souls.

Although her chances of dying of AIDS in a jail cell are looking pretty good right about now and she deserves nothing less.

The imagery behind it is that a mother is filled with what she puts into the child she delivered - if she puts love and care in, she will be filled with love and goodness. If she puts evil, the part of her so connected to that child fills with evil and poisons her from the inside.

I'm not a superstitious person by nature, but I believe that image on some level.

I don't know if they do it in NC, but here they do it to try to recoup some of the state aid money through child support.

I also remember living in GA, and I was attacked verbally by some men. A group of men and a woman driver. I was 18/19. I was walking back to my house. They were following me in a car. They told me they would trade drugs for me to have sex with them. Absolutely terrifying!

It's not uncommon for drugs to be exchanged for sex. Not at all.

A theory I'm starting to really believe -

I wonder if the mom traded her daughter for drugs, but only sexually, and Mcneill ran off with her. So the mom called 911 and of course she didn't want to incriminate herself so she never mentioned the transaction. I remember thinking this before we knew any facts, why would the mother call 911 if she was involved. I think that would be a good answer. She was okay with the perp having sex with her daughter but not taking her daughter.

I'm sorry to hear that happened to your friend's son. I also had the same impression of that piece of crap at the arraignment today. When I saw MAM, it was a smirk on his face like someone whose hand had been caught in the cookie jar. Today with this piece of crap, there was nothing there, absolutely nothing. She almost made Casey Anthony look like mother of the year.

but, LE has something on momster that points directly to selling Shaniya to human trafficing with sexual nature almost like a contract.

I am hoping that this pregnancy is nothing more than a money story on the part of the mother. Trying to get sympathy.

I don't want an innocent child to have to come into this, born to a mother that doesn't care and wouldn't love it even if she had the chance, a sister it will never know but maybe in pictures, a world that already stacked the deck against it.
Yes, I choose to hope the baby is a figment of the creature that gave birth to Shaniya's imagination.

I believe Shaniya saw things in those three weeks (It was three weeks right?) with her 'mother' that we could never imagine seeing. The trailer was small and it seemed as though there was a lot of individuals staying there. The sexual abuse could have started before the 'abduction'.

I also believe that there could have been an arrangement of child trafficing through the AD and MAM, but AD had her conscience kick in which led to her contacting police or maybe she was just trying to cover her rear end.

There are more people involved, for sure.

How many women are just like this momster? They have babies to get all the govt. goodies. When that's not enough, they sell them. Then have another one. I think momster was "cleaning up" her act to get access to Shaniya. She could see the big bucks such a beautiful child could bring. Maybe she knows other women who have done the same thing with their daughters....or sons. There is no telling how many times Shaniya was pimped out. I would love to know if dad had talked to her since she was with momster.

Yeah, and Big Daddy Cane came to his arraignment sporting a lawyer for his bad self....IMO that was the reason for the smirk. He has a record for manufacturing drugs, my guess is meth which is rampant in NC. I have a 31 year old son that lives near the east coast in NC and there are meth labs everywhere. My guess is he has a lawyer ready and waiting that has gotten him out of more than a few messes. Not this time you ..caught on tape, much mo betta than eye witness testimony.

I think the creature that gave birth to Shaniya was allowing sexual abuse to happen the whole time that Shaniya was there, as long as she got her pay off. I think that McNeil might have wanted something that maybe was a little much for even the creature that gave birth to her to stomach and she said no. McNeil at that point, told her letter by letter what he intended to do and took her daughter to do them. He may even have laid out the whole script, including hotel and stuck to it.
After he takes Shaniya, the creature that gave birth to her decides that maybe she should try to save her child's life, but it takes a few hours to clean up the drugs and get the majority of the people out of the trailer, then calls LE. The creature that gave birth to Shaniya can't tell them that she has been pimping her daughter out the whole time, so she gives them the kidnap story. Then regrets it, maybe because she realizes if McNeil is caught, she goes down too, and has to point a finger, so she points it at Coe.

Mcneil does what he planned to do with Shaniya, she dies, he dumps her, and then turns himself in, hoping to lay it all on the creature that gave birth to her, but that blows up in his face, so he gives up the dump site to keep his sorry self alive.

Just a theory, but I think the other people involved in this will prove to be other people, more than likely users, that were at the trailer that night, kicked out before the cops got there.
