I have to sign off, but the one thing I noticed last night with the interview of Shaniya's half sister was that she was very young and that she spoke of Shaniya in the present tense.

I don't think she has absorbed the enormity of what happened to Shaniya. God bless her and her family.

It doesnt "Appear" to be any ,Thats true but that doesnt mean there WASN'T any injuries to and on her body. JMO.It was said that A.D was MAD at Shaniya for fighting with her cousins, So MAYBE she punished her for that and hurt her. MHO.

That was me and I was mistaken, as it was the aunt that had disciplined Shaniya, not the creature that gave birth to her.

AD is one evil individual...she was told at 1:00PM yesterday (just prior to her going into court) that her child was found--->dead. What a cold cold woman!!!! She certainly was quite composed listening to the judge and answering.

I've cried more tears for lil Shaniya...my God how could anyone NOT

in effect the aunt had the blueprint for what was about to occur..and did? nothing??? did they even call the cops??

why not have the cops go in there while these crack/meth heads were smoking and take this little girl out of there?? or call the brother or do something?? social services??? apparently they were more involved in this than has been said before (from info on the local news site)

I know some here want to stick their heads in the sand but come on..

when there is a dangerous situation for a child, do something

maybe the horror of this case can result in some people getting firm custody agreements....supervised visits....and not being so casual and "politically correct"...

I still can't wrap my mind around why they even took her there for even a weekend visit?? and why was she taken OUT of school in October *around time visit started...with NO reason or explanation??? I am sorry...I don't get it

I shudder to think this, but my "logical mind" says this poor kid was abused early on in her "visit"....at some point the crackhead mother realized that she was going to have to give her back to the dad, and knew that shellshocked and abused little girl would talk....so she made a deal to sell her in some way

There are too many people in life saving jobs that are afraid they will "upset the apple cart" if they do what is right. I am one of those people who will stick my neck out, I've done it many many times and I have lost a lot of friends over it - Do I care? NOT

Unfortunately, it look like the dad was completely snowed by Momster's claims that she was getting her life together. She apparently lied about working two jobs, about having her "own" place to live (her application was denied and her sister had to apply) and about the drugs being found in the trailer by DSS. I feel so bad for him and he will live with his misplaced guilt the rest of his life.

The momster saw Shaniya as a commodity, to be bought and sold, and did everything she could to con the dad. So so sorry for him. I am sure she had many that lied for her, too.

It was in the discussion yesterday with links, that Dad's first wife was killed during a break in along with her sister. Sorry the links are in one of the earlier threads. Seems they had 4 children and two went to live with their deceased Mom's Parents.

All questions re who the "buyer" (child rapist) is will be answered by ME... TG Shaniya's body was recovered, the dna will tell the real story re this. :furious:

What may be more difficult to prove is, if there was another perp, whether he or McNeill actually caused her death. Really doesn't matter tho, since both they, and AD, would presumably be held equally responsible. :furious:

Seriously there are a lot of information that we do not know and there is a lot of knowledge that will come from the autopsy. Assumptions are being made that Shaniya was murdered on the same day that she was reported missing - we do not know that.

We do not know the time and date of death. We do not know how long Shaniya lived after being walked out of that hotel room at 7:30am (as reported by the news). We simply do not know where Shaniya was from 7:30am tht morning to when she was found yesterday by searchers.

We do not know who gave the credible information to search in the area where Shaniya was found.

My opinion is that both AD and MAM would willingly throw anybody under the bus to try and wiggle out from the charges they are facing. They are both stone faced liars with brass balls to go along with the lies.

The autopsy results and findings will be the tell all and until then everything between 7:30am the morning Shaniya went missing to when she was found yesterday is totally unknown. 7:30am is the last sighting reported by the media and Shaniya was reported alive at that time.

There is a lot we do not know.
But what still puzzles me completely is that they said that the did not yet ID the body because it was decomposed so much...:waitasec:
How much can it decompose in less then one week?:waitasec:
IMHO in the Anthony case Cindy refused to give a Caylee garment to the search team because they wanted to only find a body totally decomposed with no evidence to tell any tales, and it took months.
In this case one week the body was decomposed enough to throw off Identifying her :waitasec:

The problem with your theory is that there are pictures of Shaniya at the hotel and she doesn't appear to have any significant injuries that would lead to her death.

No injuries that were visible, that is. Don't you know you should never judge a book by it's cover? As a peds nurse, that pic of shaniya at the hotel wouldn't tell me anything - I would need a hands on exam. It would be idiotic to assume that the child had no injuries based on that shot alone and not all injuries need to be physical, they can be emotional as well. We are very well trained to look for the subtleties that most wouldn't begin to see.

We had horrible weather during the time that Shaniya would have been where she was found. Some areas were flooded. I'm sure that contributed to the decomposition.

I think the clothing Shaniya was in probably helped identify her. JMO

Being dumped by deer carcasses depending on how long they have been dead, (I apologize in advance for this but..), chances are buzzards were already eating away at the deer, possibly Shaniya depending on how long she was there...I am sure wild animals were out too..
