I don't think she is at all innocent, but one look at her during the hearing yesterday and I can tell you she is going through serious drug withdraws. I do wonder how all this is going to hit her when the drugs are all out of her system which can take weeks, and months for her brain to reconnect.

Can you try to hear what's in the background. I'm sure I heard a guy yelling. Also, when they asked if there were any other juveniles in the home, she said her son, and "but he's here". She didn't mention her sister's children.

Funny because I saw the exact opposite. I was looking for signs of withdrawals and didn't see any. I was surprised because I thought for sure she'd be coming down and coming down hard.

ETA: I wonder if they are giving her something in jail for the withdrawals? is that something they can do? Because some withdrawals, depending on what you're withdrawaling from, can be fatal.

I'm sure they can give her something but I don't think anyone in there is looking to help her out any considering. She looks like she wants to fall over, watch how she is licking her lips repeatedly.

Just don't agree julieR...she KNOWS exactly what she's done to lil Shaniya She KNEW her child was VIOLATED DECEASED and MURDERED and was told just prior to going into court. I thought she appeared very composed in court. She certainly answered the judge when needed.


NO EXCUSES for this woman...she allegedly allowed ALL THIS to happen to her own precious daughter. Evil 100% PURE EVIL.

I am now wondering if after AD pimped--sold and consented to allowing McNeill to abuse Shaniya there at the trailer under certain conditions that night, and even perhaps before--it maybe didn't necessarily include leaving w Shaniya. If this was part of some plan for McNeill to be paid for drugs, or to work off an existing drug debt of AD's, then perhaps there was initially one agreement but he felt he could "recoup" more of the money due him by either taking her away to abuse her further himself... or to sell Shaniya to someone waiting at the hotel. And when AD awakens she discovers McNeill has absconded and got pizzed because that wasn't part of their "agreement."

My God, when you're dealing w this level of depravity, the sick deplorable possibilities seem to have no bounds... honestly I may have to leave soon for a while again today... I have to admit I am still having trouble accepting this whole sordid, vile situation.

I totally understand what you are saying and I keep wanting to walk away from all this devastating , incomprehensible , sickening information and then.....I think about posters like you and SOOoooo many others who's hearts are holding on to the Truth and the Good and who have so much feeling for the suffering of others.......and I think again....why would I want to walk away from that?.

doesn't "new information" usually get a presser?

Someone please tell me, that they are not going to make a "deal" with either one of this scums to testify against the other....They both need to go down hard...One of them is giving it up. Thank you for this link,it explains some things.April says she has problems with Shaniya's Mom and AD's having her brother's baby.So,either Coe is April's brother or Davis is having a baby by another guy,April's brother.So,let's see...

McNeill was AD's sister's bf,but now is with April
Ad is having April's brother's baby,April used to chill with AD,she said.

If Coe is April's brother,Coe is McNeill's daughter's Uncle.Didn't Coe say he didn't know McNeill?

MAM's girlfriend says in the video that the "sister" (AD's sister) used to cheer with her and had a baby with her brother. She also said there was some bad blood between them (goes on to say that she would always want their children to be okay)

The way I took it was the Aunt of Shaniya... AD's sister. She said she cheered with her (with the sister).

AA- MAM's girlfriend (they have a baby together)
BD- sister to AD, had baby with AA's brother, may have dated MAM,
AD- the mom, girlfriend of Coe

When I read your post,that's when I had to go back and relisten.It's a little confusing how she puts it,she says,I used to chill with the mother of the girl,we got along,but then she says she has problems with the girl's sister.I don't know,but I'm sure we'll hear more soon.
