Because she knew where he was, and that he was not involved and it would be easy to prove...he would get released and it would draw attention away from her and MAM!!

Wowser, that seems wierd to me. Not having a vigil but having it there? That was not her home, that was not the community that knew and loved her and that was probably a place that held not one single happy memory for her (if we who believe she was abused in one fashion or another from the day she arrived are correct.)

For some reason the idea of standing outside that trailer home of horrors with a lit candle in memory of that little angel makes my skin crawl a bit.

Maybe it is for the residents there that were out helping look for her. There are some good people who live there. they are greiving too. this happened in their backyards.

This time, it's she warmed up to males and was a "daddy's girl." Sounds like BL has been doing some coaching.

If you care to look through my posts over the past year, you'll see that I am not one to tell anyone they're opinions are wrong. Maybe I should have worded it differently. I have no doubt Brad's life is being looked into already. I admit my opinion of him changed a bit when certain people jumped in front of the cameras to speak out about him, but i'm not going to base an opinion on a few accusations from people who probably have an axe to grind. We don't know much about their circumstances. If any charges with him are warranted, then so be it. If he ever abused Shaniya in any way (not suggesting he has) then let him hang with the rest of them.

He didn't put Shaniya in the position to be sold, raped, and murdered. He put her in the position to be cared for by her mother. Her mother put her in that position. I don't feel he was directly involved at all. That evil, uncaring, crackhead and whoever she sold her Daughter to are the ones who need to fry, IMO.

The problem is this "mother" had done nothing whatsoever to merit this kind of trust nor demonstrated there had been any genuine change in her life--nor did dad or auntie ever require her to. There was absolutely nothing, no indication that this would be a prudent decision... in fact everything to the contrary!! No evidence at ALL she had any suitable housing for Shaniya. No indication that she was a competent caregiver or had any parenting skills--Auntie said herself she never got along w AD because (Auntie's words) she NEGLECTS her children. On what grounds were either of them basing the reckless choice to dump Shaniya there. If I were the aunt I'd have put the car in reverse and burned rubber at the first sight (or whiff) of Creepy #ellhole. Because I would have insisted on at least seeing where my child was going to be left off... but guess that's just me. Like I said, my 6 year-old doesn't even go to the playlot in front of our apt w/out me. ETA And since her sperm donor demonstrated he wasn't a safe person nor could be entrusted w the responsibility he hasn't seen hide nor hair of my daughter--and never will. JMO

I don't think it means anything nasty. I think he just means she was a daddy's girl and that other males she was not as open with (underlying reasons - I do not pretend to know based off just that statement).

He's contradicting himself. Saying that she needed time to warm up to males (that has not changed) but also that she was a daddy's girl.

No, here he says:

It's the same as was said before....she apparently warmed up more readily to females than males.

Sometimes we have to take what NG posts with "caution". Most of what is in that "breaking news" was out the other day.

Again, being a local who drives by that hotel every day to work, my co-workers and I were immediately perplexed when we heard this because I guess you can say that it is the "nicest" hotel in Sanford because it quite literally just opened within the past 4 months or so. There truly are some "notels" in the area that I'm certain you can rent by the hour. So why take her that one of all places??? I just can't wrap my head around that one.

IMO the room was paid for by the same person that was paying to have Shaniya... whether it was to rape the poor girl or take pictures, or both. Pretty sick that someone can do those kind of things to a child, but they want it to be nice and clean for either the activities or how it will appear in pictures that they keep for themselves or sell later. Sick and twisted.
