I've taken the liberty of trying to provide some insight on the elevator number. The number in the middle is an extreme zoom of the actual surveillance footage that we can't make out. The number to the left is the "3" from the photo that I took and flipped/rotated as it would appear on the other side. The number to the right is a "2" that I pulled from another elevator photo and tried to rotate it to the same angle. I think it very well could be a "2".

And as someone who saw it first hand, the original surveillance photo was not flipped because the regress where the elevator was all on that wall.

The police even stated she was alive but they didn't know in "what condition she was in." This all makes sense to me considering it is obvious they are heading to the elevator, pushed the button to go down, at one point in one of the shots Shaniya appears to look at the elevator door.

So, if "check in" was approx. 6:11 and he left approx. 7:30-perp or perps had over an hour with the angel!! RIP Shaniya-you deserved so much better than what this life handed you!!

I do not see it as different pattern. If he takes one more step he will be on the solid color of the carpet.
Which is right in front of the elevator.

You only need look at the detail of the floral... where one appears to be a dark swirl and in the other shows light color detail... totally different piece.

I really believe this means it's the second floor. This would seem to make the shot one of their exiting... however since MAM's not reported leaving hotel w Shaniya until 7:30 am--and if there's any reliability to time stamp in elevator shot which someone states can be seen indicating just prior to 7am--then one is left to speculate whether he may have been traveling by elevator to more than one floor/room while there, or else had a room of his own (which I'd previously doubted but would have to reconsider if timestamp is credible). In either case if we believe the time stamp he would not be leaving for another half hour still, so would have either been going eg from his room on floor 3, to maybe another person waiting on another floor... or leaving one person's room and going to someone else's room?

I want that to post along with the media statement that court docs show that the grandparents have custody of all children between the now dead wife and Bradley...

How could Bradley have kicked her out last year if he hasn't had custody since 2007? Wouldn't that be sending her home, not kicking her out?

How many kids did the dad have with the mother who died? I wonder if C belonged to the mother that died? She is living with a friend of her fathers not the parents of the dead mother. She sure is a beautiful girl and much lighter then the older boy. I'm confused about how many kids this guy has all total and why none of them live with him. The older boy is out on his own...he said.

I didn't think that C acted like she disliked her father or was trying to be decptive. I did wonder how she knew Shaniya's mother though. It didn't sound to me that Shaniya had ever spent much time all total with her mother. It seems like I read that she didn't seem to want anything to do with Shaniya.

Yes it sure does look the same me too! Remember the video camera is up above and shooting down. The camera just caught him at a different angle going to the elevator.

IMHO The "curly-cues" on the pattern closest to the elevator door look different in the two photos.

Suzi....look at the 'swirls' in the pattern. While the carpet itself is identical (probably the same carpet on each floor of rooms) the swirls do not even come close to being cut off at the same point where the carpet stops and the floor begins. This shows it can't be the third floor in the photos w/ MAM and we know it can't be the 4th (wouldn't have an up call button) and it can't be the lobby. So....it has to be the 2nd floor!

It must be a 2 on the elevator in the MAM/Shaniya photo. I'm still looking for one somewhere out there on a news site somewhere that is clearer when I blow it up but so far they just aren't clear enough.

Well, after all, LE had time to play with the darn thing also. They could have popped the 2 out and put the 3 in, for whatever reason.

I don't recall Antoinette stating the child was Coe's though.

My son's ex-mother-in-law said something one day before my son married her daughter. She said: "As a mother of a daughter, I will always know that the child my daughter is carrying is hers, however, you have a son, and you will never know until a DNA test is done!" So true!

Thank you amf, agree this has to be second floor... now the question is can others please see and confirm timestamp in hotel surveillance and is this a reliable indicator of the time?

She was definitely his with the mother that died. I know she isn't living there, but she wasn't in her father's custody, he could't kick her out.

She didn't seem deceptive to me either, but the court records show that she was.

EDIT: I have NO idea why the mad smiley is at the top, but it won't go away. I am not mad as I make this post, but the smiley thinks I am.

EDIT AGAIN: He doesn't have custody of the older ones, because the parents of his dead wife took him to court, fought for 9 years and finally got custody and child support.

I believe there were three photos released. If they could be put side by side with the pics provided today, it might give a better idea.

Shaniya "allegedly" was taken in a "big" blue shirt, undies. In the photo, blue shirt, at the crime scene, blue shirt.

LE said she was alive when seen leaving. Beyond which if she were not, they wouldn't be agonizing over jurisdiction of murder and related charges. The issue in question still is where Shaniya actually expired.

Nope, if he is tried by the wrong county, automatic overturn of conviction...that would screw things up!

I don't have a link, but I called Cumberland County courthouse and asked...using a purely hypothetical situation with the same circumstances.

Why have they not bailed out...LE is giving them enough time...
I believe SD didn't struggle because she thought she was being taken to meet her Aunt, or being taken back to her former life.I think MAM told her this.
