This is one of the saddest and most disgusting case imaginable. Seeing that video of that poor sweet child being carried into that hotel room makes me want to throw up. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN HER SO CALLED MOTHER STILL BE WALKING FREE?????????????????????

You are right. There are just so many it is hard to fathom.

But this one really got to me. She was such a sweet and adorable child, and she had a pretty good life with her Dad. It is so tragic that he decided she should get to know her mother. It hurts to think about, imo. Bless her sweet soul, and all those she has united with.

I think we all feel like she is the little protector of all the missing and murdered children. It might sound corny but it actually comforts me to think she is watching over our Kyrons, Caylees, Zahras and Haileys...and so many more.

Yes. This case was an emotional roller coaster. Up and down. Doom then hope then back to doom. Total shock and outrage.
I had to take a break from WS for a bit after she was found.

This case changed my view on a lot of things in life.

I will always remember Shaniya.

Poor little angel.

but something tells me we have to wait for spring.

As for the mother running around free - IMHO There are more deserving people in this world who deserve a brake but dont catch one, but Shaniya's <Mod Snip> (Mom) gets lucky.

Nope- spring is here already. Our flowers pop up earlier than in NY, and hopefully so will the DA. But we do have a saying about not trusting it (the winter weather) until after Easter passes. There's almost always one more cold snap waiting between when you're fooled into thinking winter is over and when it truly is.
Either way- unfortunately justice sometimes takes a lot longer than we would like.

I'll post a picture of the flowers.

BBM: sadly in this case they know who the perps are, they are not out there looking for them.....
And the Mom is roaming around free...So longer then we like is true for many cases that need some time. this case is a botch job IMHO.. They have the 2 perps, and only one is in jail waiting.

With cutting budgets everywhere who here really thinks that shaniya's case is going to come up any reasonable time.
in fact who here really thinks it is coming up?
I think they will keep her on bail for a long time, but I assume that time has limits,
he is locked up but without a verdict just a charge, and that can't last forever this way.
WE ALL KNOW THEY ARE GUILTY...So... WASUP?
