It looked to me like he made a remark to the female on his defense team. She suppressed a laugh, which made him smirk.

If that is what happened (and I think it is def what happened) I'd like to slap both of them upside the head.

How do you remark or joke or tease when you are pleading to rape and murder.

THis might be the most devastating case that I ever followed on here. That video of the poor child being taken into the elevator is devastating. All the jury needs to see is that poor sweet angel being taken into that room by that monster. UGGHHHHHHH I could kill him myself.

Thank you was simply NOT enough!!! That video seriously traumatized me for the longest time. The thought that these two are still breathing kills me!!! :curses::steamed::rage:

I wonder if anyone profiled Antoinette Davis and Mario McNeill. They would be interesting to profile. Any biography backgrounds on them and/or handwriting sample I will take a jab as this preliminary.

Antoinette Davis likes to party all the time and has no goals. She likely lives a parasitic life and is very selfish and self-centered. Davis is most likely to resemble Casey Anthony, Diane Downs, or Scott Peterson.

Mario McNeill is likely a pedophile as he raped Shaniya Davis. He lacks empathy and is likely has an explosive personality. McNeill is obsessed with power and control and is antisocial. He likely lives a parasitic life and is very selfish and self-centered. McNeill likely resembles Eric Harris, Kayla Narey, or Casey Anthony.

Some are wondering if he should have not already been incarcerated there or some other maximum security prison. It wasn't so long ago that Mario Andrette McNeill shot a man in the face. For good measure, he shot him three more times. According to court records (via the Fayetteville Observer), on June 17, 2001, court documents show, McNeill shot Roland Lee Mays in the face, neck, shoulder, chest and stomach. Those same records show that McNeill injured two other people that day in addition to Mays. McNeill was charged with multiple counts of assault inflicting serious bodily injury. A year later, still not having gone to trial, McNeill was arrested for possession, manufacturing, and intent to sell marijuana. All the charges were combined and McNeill was allowed to plead to lesser counts and he was sentenced to 40-50 months of supervised probation in June 2003.

Agree!! I hold a mother to a higher standard then some sick freak. Shaniya deserved to be protected from harm, not dropped in harm's lap! I know she cant get the DP but God I hope her life is worse than hell!
