Distraught my . She looks evil in her booking photo. Hopefully they have time to tack on the murder charges before her appearance. However "distraught" she appears...drag her by the dreads to that courtroom, I say.

I would seriously approve of a public crucifixion right now. I would demand it if I thought it could happen...and to think mom and mam were sheltered for the night, albeit in jail; while little Shaniya's body lay rotting along the roadside. To think they (the pieces of sheiiiitttt) where provided a nutritious, albeit bland meal last night and this morning and will continue to be provided with medical care, nutritious meals, shelter and most likely defense counsel and all at the tax payers expense. I would rather burn my money than to contribute one red cent toward supporting these two maggots.
I want the tortured and I want their deaths to be slow and extremely painful.
Any ideas?

I feel stunned, heart-sick and drained. That poor beautiful child. She didn't stand a chance at the hands of her so-called mother. RIP little one. Maybe this will help to bring this atrocity (trafficking) to America's eyes and/or the World. There has to be something learned and gained from this senseless crime.

Linda, I think he was with her, comforting her. I do not think she was abandoned by God in her darkest hour, I think she was held and comforted by him. We have free will and he has no control over what we do, but can and I believe does comfort us in the midst of something such as this. I know I am new here and I do not want to offend or step on toes, I just wanted to give you my thoughts on your question.

Now they are talking about Shaniya on HLN and said that the mother is due in court.

I just heard it officially on TV about her death. This is horrible. She was so precious. Can't even imagine how anyone would want to hurt this beautiful little girl. I am so angry also.

Fayetteville police believe they have found the body of missing 5-year-old Shiniya Davis, FOX8 newsgathering partnerWTVD-TV reported on its Web site Monday afternoon.

The child's remains were found in an area bordered by Highway 87 South and Walker Rd., about seven miles from the hotel where, according to police, surveillance video showed her with 29-year-old Mario McNeill.
