Momster didn't drive over in the middle of the night and snatch her out of the home she lived in for several years and sell her off to the pedophile that killed her.

Any reasonable person could see this wasn't a place to leave your child for several weeks.

Empathize with the man, but I am not going to saint him when I think there were screaming red flags that he was putting this child in harms way.

I have HLN on as well. I'm hearing the same thing.. just that media is expecting a PC at any time now. I'm interested if the hearing for Davis will move forward as scheduled. The discovery of Shaniya must mean new charges will be filed against Davis and MAM. :waitasec:

But bear in mind, he was halfway across the country. We still don't know if her aunt was supposed to check the house when she dropped Shaniya off.

Before the sexual charges were filed, my instinct was this was drug related and the child was being used as a mule. Since Mario was arrested on Friday, I suspect thugs broke into the home looking for money or drugs.
