I'm looking at the court calendar. AD is one of 259 defendants being seen in this specific court room. All have to be seen in the morning as room is reserved for trials at 1:00. Wow. Correction 259 offenses - still a lot of people scheduled.

Here in NY some court rooms have sections A,B,C, etc...That means that multiple cases are heard at once,
(it is really different rooms)

I doubt very much if there will be a press conference after the hearing today. If anything MAM goes in, the judge asks" "how to you plea, guilty or not guilty" and then a trial date is set. BUT then this is IMO only.

IMO, If the press is in the courtroom today, like they were when MAM was charged, chances are we will get some video.

This case is being investigated as we speak. I'm not accusing him of being involved with human trafficing, kidnapping, rape or murder, if that is what you are asking. That said, I definitely feel that he has contributed to Shaniya being put into that environment. I simply don't see how he can wiggle out of that responsibility. It appears that the bio momster's reputation and lifestyle weren't exactly a secret. He is busy on a campaign to make himself the innocent party to what has happened to this tiny little girl. He has already put the blame on God. I haven't heard him say anything about the two monsters who did this to his very own little girl. I'm observing right now, if my observations develop into anything, I'll let you know, first thing, promise.

He is not putting blame on anyone...IMHO I have no idea if he is not in fear for his other children, or for the derelict crowd to unleash stuff on him too. I call it "silence is golden".
Also metaphorically speaking...
It he does not engage in any blame, he will expect no blame to come to him.
I do understand forgiveness....I just do not understand it so soon.
I expected almost anything from this type of crowd, but not forgiveness this soon....

We have all seen and wondered about the big wedge between BL and CDL...The brother and sister have surly displayed an estrangement.
If I missed this please forgive me...
I heard that family friends, and grandparents offered to take Shaniya, I have never heard that sister Carie ever offered to take her. I heard sister Carie say she loved her as her own, yet I am so certain that she would have never sent her own into that arena.
I wonder if sister did not want any more responsibility and BL and his in laws not being in harmony MAYBE he refused to have any more dealings with them then he absolutely has to.
I AM NOT SAYING that I agree with his decision, or that I forgive him in any way. I am only looking at the things that can also exist in this scenario. JUST THINKING....:waitasec:
She seems to stand by him at TV appearances...He walked into the house as if not to stand by her at the Pressure that happened outside of his home.

The blaming God thing, did he actually say God killed my daughter, or is it his faith y'all are questioning? As in God does everything for a reason? Or God allows things to happen for a reason. That is what some people believe.
They also believe they must forgive.
I would have a really hard time forgiving the murder of my child, but I was taught you should forgive in all situations. It's a faith thing.

I'm not saying that is exactly how I see it or how I feel, but it is taught and believed in a lot of churches across this country.

I do not read it as BLAMING God...Not that I concur with his forgiveness and all that stuff this soon.
What I hear is not blame...I hear him saying more of God makes a plan and we have to live with it.
I NEVER HEARD BLAME GOD.... it is all in the translation IMHO

I want to know what is lurking in his closet...much is hidden here.
I really do think that since AD was a "one night stand" as he called her and HE DID take the baby for a few years that he does have a heart somewhere...it all started out with good intentions.
I never before heard of a man taking the child of a "one night stand"...I have however heard that they
DO skate. That one act of taking SD in the first place tells me to open my mind about him. I am still vey angry with him...dont misunderstand me.

And while Nancy Grace is gross at best IMHO (the way she just oooozed affection, attention on him),
she is not pouncing on him :waitasec: Either she lost her bulldozer? or she knows something. JMHO

(snip, bbm) I would need to know more re child support that was or wasn't paid by BL for Shaniya over those five years eg before attributing such benevolent motives. Ie whether his actions at one point or another may just represent or amount to a means of his avoiding both a support obligation--while also reportedly passing off the real responsibility of raising his daughter himself onto the series of gf's and others as we've heard relatives describe. Agree NG was mawkish and maudlin. She always brings the murdered fiance into it, I understand she considers herself a victim but by doing so always succeeds again somehow in making it about her. :angel:

O/T- but my dogs and I were part of a 1st responder dog team following Hurricane Katrina. We (personally) tagged 18 homes with human remains, several of which were children. Hurricanes are natural disasters. Just like evil people seem to be natural disasters. But many of the people who died in Katrina could have been saved if we had looked ahead and paid attention.... just like Shaniya and all of the Shaniya's in this world.

that is fair enough, because there is so much he is hiding...I just like to look at what I can look at, rather then just jump only on him. But I am sure there is no way he can ever tell me he had no knowledge of where he shipped her off to.

Agree entirely on all counts.
My point not being about the government at all. Just that we can all be more vigilent and responsible for the children in our lives. Our own children, our siblings kids, our friends children... AND the ones we pass in the supermarket or the mall or on the street that we don't look at carefully enough to help prevent a crime that might be about to occur whether by neglect- or outright evil.

It only takes one person, sometimes.

We are OT....
IMHO gov should have done far more for the victims from the very start. FEMA did not even show up the first day if I remember correctly.
Secondly that flood happened due to faulty prevention mechanisms that were put in place long ago and needed repair. the state never got it repaired.
Back on topic....
Some parents in that are keep their children there because they have no place else to go. not because they do not care.

Honey I do no live as close as you do, and I was balling...I am here every day because she deserves justice..
so is everyone...But you living right there must be a bit extra hard Keep on praying for justice for this angel.
Keep on hoping that there will be a spokes person for Child Trafficking..Because not everyone can handle this very shocking topic. It is a Cause who's time has come...
That is why I keep on thinking that BL can do it.....At least I hope the this time will bring the right person to the task.

It does make it harder (clearly I am a little traumatized by this case, and I am unfortunately familiar with trauma ) but what truly makes it harder for me is knowing how often it happens...and how often it could be prevented by just one person intervening....just one person...somewhere along the line.

You are absolutely correct- so many people simply do not want to look at the face of evil when it comes to things as horrible as child trafficking...and I don't blame them. It makes me sick. But someone has to or it will not only continue, it will flourish.

Thank you for the support. I hope BL can do it too. And if he cannot, I hope someone else can, whoever they might be.
