29 year-old Mario Andretti McNeal identified as having Shaniya in hotel in Sanford... pleading for her safe return!!! Anyone having info urged to contact PD or crimestoppers.

Mr. Lockhart tearfully begging whoever has his daughter to please let her go... choking back sobs. Omg heartbreaking! "Shaniya I miss you so much honey... I'm waiting for you, I'm not gonna give up and don't you give up either honey!"

They didn't say she's alive as I understood it. They said the kid on the video following a report could in fact be her. Optimistic but not confirmed to be her.

No, it was confirmed. THey stated that through reviewing the tape and doing interviews with witnesses and family, they believe it is her, confirmed.

SHe is thought to be safe, the man that took her has a criminal record, not involving children. It is definitely Shaniya and she looks well.
