Survalliance footage from a hotel in Sanford from tuesday morn.
Shaniya was with Mario Andrette McNeill when he checked in at 6:11 am
(she was reported missing Tues morning at 6:53 am)
Mario McNeal is a 29 yo black male with "a little bit of a criminal history - but nothing to do with children"
They believe she is safe and alive and being well taken care of.
They have since checked out of the hotel.
Gave members of the press a packet with mug shot that was taken in 2008 - but said from footage from hotel, he still looks the same.

Shaniya's father Mr. Bradley Lockhardt spoke/made a plea for her return. Very emotional, tears flowing. 2 females were with him, one older and one younger.

Mother has been working with pd continuously in & out of police department

The little boy we were wondering if he was 5 or 7 was confirmed to be 7yo
