off the top of my head reasons for Shaniya being transferred
1. custody issues
2. traded
3. sold


All of which would tell me she could be in immedeate danger
I still need to know why the mom lied in reference to laying her on the couch at 5:30am

From the looks of things, it seems like LE thinks she's involved somehow. Otherwise, why remove the other child?


The question still looms: the blanket with feces.

And I still think Coe may be involved - he could have taken her to this man. I haven't viewed the tapes yet, though, but a seasoned criminal knows how to look/act completely innocent in court.

If mother is involved or not, her other child would be in DSS custody. She has no housing.

The news link I provided earlier spells the new suspect's name as Mario Andrette McNeill.

He is listed in the NC offender database:

The main spelling of his name in the database is Mario Andrette McNeil, but McNeill is also provided as a variant spelling.

Because, I THINK he was spotted removing her from the mobile home. So technically he did kidnap her ...Now as far as Im concerned this poor baby has been kidnapped by 2 people

I still think Shaniya's mother put her in this situation and when Shaniya is found should not be returned to her custody. I'm still trying to figure out what the motive is, if it really is a kidnapping or something orchestrated by the mother. Why hasn't Shaniya's mother pleaded for her safe return? MOO

Felony - Speeding while eluding
Felony - Possession of a schedule II narcotic.

And she isn't in danger with this McNeil?
Is he well known to the family?
Did he take her so the state or he father wouldn't?
