I just watched that presser.

She checked into hotel at 6:11, before she was reported missing. They didn't say when they were contacted by the hotel.

They showed pictures of her at the hotel. She was holding a blanket or stuffed animal? He carried her on to the elevator. Looked to me like he was taking care of her.

I'm guessing a huge fight between Mom and boyfriend at 5:30, and this guy was there, and got Shaniya the hell out of there.

Did ya'll go through a whole thread while I was at the dentist? sheesh

When she was reported missing, was it a purple shirt and pink underwear she was reported as wearing?
Because it looks like she had a purple shirt on and underwear in the footage. No pants or shorts. And she had a blanket.
Poor baby!!!!
What is going thru her head right now. She needs to be found NOW

Several counts of inflicting serious bodily injury, a handful of drug charges, fleeing the police, threats against the government...

That last one indicates to me that she may have been about to be taken by DSS, so mother shipped her off and concocted the story. Hopefully, this man is attached to her.
I can hope, right?

I like that story. Hopefully she will be dropped off somewhere immediately. remember peeps, we are glued to our computers, I am in NC, and since the amber alert stopped last night, this may not be in the forefront of peoples minds. My husband drives a lot during the day, and he briefly heard it on the radio. It has been a blip on the news at night, and tonight at 6, it was literally a BLIP. I want to think positively, but heck, she is just in the hands of another stranger/criminal..LE spokeslady took the "he isnt dangerous" (paraphrasing) route because they dont want to pizz Mr Mario Andretti McNeill off. I am still very very worried.

Yes, I did notice him carrying her, and it does seem like she is well cared for. I don't think she is being harmed...but I worry about his reaction to what will likely be blanket coverage.

so... she actually had to have been taken by the time that mom states she placed her on that couch at 0530. I knew that fact would come back to haunt!!!

so what happened that night before 0300 am when someone was seen near the trash can and banging was heard...

In that video I saw on the presser Mcneil was carrying her and I don't believe with all certainty that she is healthy and okay... I am very worried for her safety!

By all accounts, yup, Shaniya was taken out of the house before 5:30 AM.

I think the blanket in the trash can was to throw the police off ...

I'm thinking drugs or mom is trying to keep Shaniya from the dad. Whatever, the last Shaniya was seen seems to be Tuesday morning when they checked into the motel, correct? Or is there video of her leaving and when? And where is she now? MOO

I'd love to think that but looking over his rap sheet, I doubt he rescued this child out of the kindness of his heart.
Would be great if that were the case tho.

I am thinking Shaniya's was removed from the house around 3:00 AM and perhaps the blanket was tossed in the neighbor's trash can to lead the police in another direction. This looks like a planned out "abduction". Just not sure how much Coe was involved yet!

In the pictures she looked okay.Her little hand was on his shoulder. To me it looks like she was sleeping and was being carried back to bed. Not in a bad way. Not sure about the blanket. I would like to see her Mom.

The main spelling of his name in the database is Mario Andrette McNeil, but McNeill is also provided as a variant spelling.

I had hoped that the second e in his name was a typo!
