then mother arrested.......... but, it doesn't say that in the header

I agree passionflower - finding the child is much BIGGER than arresting the negligent mother, in my opinion. I think we should watch that alert to see if it changes. Maybe they are waiting for confirmation that LE actually has Shaniya in their hands? At least that is what I am praying for. If the mother is arrested and there is no child
