Shirley Ann McNair, the second-oldest missing person case. McNair, 36, of N.C. 20, St. Pauls, was last seen on March 27, 1997, by her mother, Flossie McNair. McNair is about 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs about 135 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
McNair told her mother that she would be “right back” when she left home in her blue Dodge car. Patterson said the car was later found abandoned in Lumberton.
