I am at work right now and haven't been able to watch. So I really need to let Nurse and all those who have transcribed all that gas happened today how thankful I am.

nurse put him back in the room and stood in the doorway and made sure he did not leave

Yes. And the mud slide in Washington and train derailment in Chicago and MH370 news has just left me emotionally numb now.

helicopters have been fairly active above my house---I live close to the mud slide and rains are returning tomorrow...pray they can get done what they need to---

after the injury it immediately would have been obvious that something was wrong (speaking to delay JR took to take her to the hospital)

Is the prosecutor Paul Jackson? Sorry, I should know, but my current emotions must have burned up too many brain cells.

he left her in the shed dying and he left her and went inside his grandparents house. He left her there dying alone and played poker on the computer

  • #367
after playing poker, he went riding around

as teghan lay dying he goes out to spotlight deer and goes to a store (no receipt he paid cash) and then he goes back home and goes to sleep.. then there is a text between he and HR and a phone call and never mentions anything about T at all. He talked to her for a length of time (nothing mentioned about T)

over 12 hours later he then takes her to the hospital

docs and nurses in business for years and even from Chapel Hill (worst cases come here) they said it was the worst case they had ever seen

  • #371
seeing something up close like this is worse than just looking at the pictures.

Judge on bench. Attys in court. I bet the jury is all in the bathrooms weeping.

  • #373
now saying defense saying J (according to them) had a horrible childhood.. PA goes back to cherry picking

defense should have gone with diminished capacity.

now making good point that J's parents are not responsible for Teghan's death nor is DSS

  • #376
DSS said that what made J's father "mad" was the lying (from J)

  • #377
his mother found NG by a jury for the alleged murder for hire/shooting incident

  • #378
DSS dropped the ball and blame the parents (re: defense case alleges why JR is the way he is)

  • #379
defense ignored the fact of grandma and aunt that raised JR but they said nothing about that
