Ok, while we all are waiting for trial to resume:

We know MSM has refused to touch this case with a ten-foot-pole.

I am hoping when we are on VW, MSM will pick up on it like flies on a hamburg patty rotting in cow dung.

Anyone think they will?

I highly doubt it Chell.
It's all about the plane right now.
I understand that, but there is SO much more people should be paying attention to!
For example, barely heard a word about the approximate 108 missing in Washington state landslide. Or the fact that Russian forces are running wild in Crimea, taking over Ukranian ships and bases.
Doesn't have the "mystique" of MH370

Don't get me wrong, been following MH370 all along myself. But in doing that I am realizing how many things get swept away while MSM is obsessed with ONE thing.

saying hair in duct tape could be cross contamination and not that she was bound (re: kidnapping/holding against will)

says you have duct tape in this mess of a shed with balls of hair in it

kidnapping can be holding someone against their will (don't forget the video)

now going on about rendering first aide......:scared::tantrum:

now talking about sex offenses and now talking about him buying bandaids. saying this was a break in the chain of events. and there was a snap and another angry moment but it was after the break in the chain of events. the snapping is not first degree murder

IMO defense attorneys love the law, not their clients.

And of course, there's the money...

Excellent, Linda.:seeya: I've never heard it said that way, but you're so right. And if these guys are being paid the usual fee for appointed attys, they're losing lots of money compared to their usual private fees. Dunno, don't care.

Love the law, not their clients -- I'll remember that and it will help when I want to wring the necks of def attys.

saying the jury has to take a step back from emotion and rage and look at the law

done!

5 min break? before prosecution I believe.

I just have to say that lawyer did the best he could with what he has to work with.

Weak defense, in my opinion.
Then I ask myself, how would a stellar DT handle this case?

saying the jury has to take a step back from emotion and rage and look at the law

Right, and the Law gives them a right to vote for DP!

Hi all, thanks for all the updates! I have all sorts of problems here and I'm just able to get in. I dont think it will take the jury long at all to come to a verdict. I cant imagine how they must feel towards this "thing"!! Nore.

I am hoping when we are on VW, MSM will pick up on it like flies on a hamburg patty rotting in warm cow dung.

Anyone think they will?

I think the only possibility is some national coverage for the verdict, but I do not think it is likely.

I also do not think the plane is why this case is being ignored, like some have speculated. I looked at NG's transcripts, and she has been talking about other stories. The plane being a huge story does not cause this case to get zero coverage. Yes, it dominates TV, but online, these national news websites have space for dozens of headlines.

Can anyone read lips?

It should take longer to fill out the forms than it does to reach a verdict.
