Found Safe NC - Tinsley Shelton, 73, Brevard, March 2018

Tinsley Eugene Shelton, 73, was last seen at Kingsbridge House in Brevard. Shelton is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. Shelton is described as being about 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing about 220 pounds with short gray hair and blue eyes. He was possibly wearing a black and red jacket, jeans and tennis shoes. Shelton was possibly headed toward Rosman.
