Former Duke Lacrosse Coach Sues University, Reportedly for Breaking Confidential Agreement

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (Associated Press) -- The former Duke University men's lacrosse coach who resigned earlier this year amid allegations that three of his players raped a stripper has sued the university.
Mike Pressler's lawsuit apparently stems from a financial settlement the school reached earlier this year with Pressler, although school officials did not give details Friday.

I wanted to post a little update on this.

The ex Duke Lacrosse coach who was fired in the middle of this case, is suing the university (which I totally agree with in this case). Guess who his attorney is? Don Strickland. That would be Peyton Strickland's father (the kid who was shot by the SWAT team in Wilmington for possibly stealing a Playstation 3).
