The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered teenager, Tyrese Grant, who may be suffering from a cognitive impairment.
Grant is described as a black male with short black hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 142 pounds. He was last seen wearing gray jogging pants and red tennis shoes. Grant was last seen at 304 Fairview Avenue Southwest in Wilson.
He may be headed north, towards Christmas Street, officials said.
