James Frabutt called authorities Tuesday morning claiming his wife, Victoria Frabutt, had tied him up, pulled out a knife and cut off his penis. LEOs were able to recover the body part at the scene. It was immediately placed on ice and transported with James to a hospital in Greenville.

Victoria was charged with malicious castration and kidnapping and is being held at the county jail under a $100,000 bond. She will make her first appearance in court on the charges, Wednesday.
