If it was a mobile home, she could have sold it before exercising her option to purchase, then kept the money. I see nothing about an existing purchase agreement. She first has to exercise her option to purchase and pay for it first.
I also can't see if she had first rights of refusal.

Hi frogin, let me know if this link works. k if not I'll get you there.

I count 20 seperate cases against this woman! What the heck was she doing? How could you possibly think you'd get away with writing worthless checks? How is she going to pay for them I wonder.

We need ideas or new sleuth angles. I KNOW there is someone out there who has one. Speak my friend, we are wide open to suggestion.

She wasn't.

ETA have we seen her incarcerated for the looong history of bad checks yet? Resting my case. In the larger scope of things, it is not a thing LE comes out and tracks you down for. Usually the party the check was written to (particulary if a buesiness) will simply take you to court and get a judgment. Once you have a judgment against you then the pwronged party has to try to collect. They must try to garnish your wages or proove you have assets that can be liquidated.

Oh I absolutely know what you mean- it is so sad to watch the frenzied interst slack off on all of these cases that don't have fast solutions.

I'm still here. Took a much needed break with some friends.
Sad to hear that there is nothing new on the search for Zhara.

Hoping that come morning there are more pieces of the puzzle falling into place.
Also hoping that where ever Zhara is tonight that she's at peace.

IMO the attic could have been used for a small "grow room" where they could have been growing marijuana and a reason for taking the door off is that the room could have been overheating due to lights....also, fans blowing around and stuff could make sounds like rodents I am sure.

People from Wagga Wagga, Newcastle and up in Northern Qld know all about hydroponic pot growing.

I just read for the first time today that little Zahra was not enrolled in school this year.

http://www.charlotteobserver.com/2010/10/15/1758012/missing-girl-now-believed-to-be.html

Later Thursday, former classmates and teachers of Zahra Baker gathered to pray for the missing girl. About 100 people gathered at First Baptist Church of Hudson to pray for the girl they said was a friendly, smiling classmate and student. Zahra attended Hudson Elementary School in third grade during the latter part of the 2008-09 academic year, then in 2009-10 for fourth grade.

She did not return this year, and according to several reports, her parents told Caldwell County Schools officials that they were home-schooling their daughter.

Glad you're still here, Owl!
Maybe they took the bed frame to see if there was hair/skin/fingerprints on it?

Good question. Do you think they used Luminol in the bedroom and got results?

I was wondering that too! Only thing I thought of was Oz sounds like shorthand for Australia if you just say the first part but IDK... anyway I too have a question. Probably a stupid one but here goes. Is Zahra a common name in Oz? It is so pretty but not one common in the states.

I was guessing that if the dogs had alerted on the bed, then they would take everything there to check over.

Wonder if the bed was made? If the bedding was part of what was taken out in the bags?
