Im still sitting on the fence about dad. He looks like hes exhausted and seems sincere to me..

Not very smart, but in shock and sincere about wanting his baby back.

I can understand why you are sitting on the fence, no problem with that.

I have noticed some very dubious body language in comparison to his statements. Marry that with the allegations of abuse of Zahra, even if exaggerated, the fake ransom note, the very fact that the police have warrants out for him and have decided to set those aside for the time being, Zahra not being seen for approx 2 weeks (as yet not confirmed but at least 4 weeks according to police) cadaver dogs hits, the fact this is a homicide case not a missing person, father can't remember last time he saw Zahra, yes it was Tuesday - no Thursday, laughs, oh, no sleep soz my bad - it does not bode well for the father not knowing. And the big cherry on top, LE saying they don't believe him, don't believe he is sincere in trying to help.

How many times do we say it is the totality of evidence not just one piece.

At the very least wouldn't he be guilty of the most heinous child neglect?

I just meant sitting on the fence of whether he knows what happened to her. Im not sitting on the fence at all in his neglect of Zahra, or his self centeredness in bringing her to the US so he could be with his "Gothic Fairy".:loser:

I can just see it now.

AB: Hey, I didn't kill my kid, I just let my wife beat her without any intervention from me, kept her in her room for long periods of time, I didn't let her go to school, I didn't let her contact her family in Australia, I kept her away from her biological mother, and when she went missing, not my fault, I looked in on her Friday night but didn't want to wake her cos she had a stomach bug (beating???) and with all the cancer that she had been through you know, shrugs - I was at work when she went missing - so nuthing to do with me, I'm completely free and clear in any responsibility for this, in fact I'm a victim, I'm just as much of a victim as Zahra is.

All my sarcasm opinion of course.

not too mention his questions back at the reporter.. "Do you mean physically seeing her? or when she was in bed??." I think that was his major screw up there... JMO..

^ or was jealous of Zahra because she got all the medical attention with her real ailments as opposed to Elisa's fabricated ones?

True although from previous posts it seems she was happy to pretend that her other kids had illnesses when they didn't, she prolly thought that with Z oh boy now I have a kid with a real illness to get sympathy from.

Zahra on the other hand seems to have been happier than even a lot of kids without a disability, so the next best thing would be to tear this child down with abuse so she would look the part of the seriously ill child. It would also allow her to vent her frustrations by abusing this poor child.

EB may also have had dad out working long hours so he wouldn't know what was happening at home.

Just some thoughts to ponder.

Can someone pm Adnoid and tell him to stop tinkering? :)

And go to bed! (Although I suppose most WS readers aren't affected if they're tucked up in bed in the US, huh?)

^ well I'm glad it's not just me, I shut down my whole wireless system, reset all my devices and rebooted the other day assuming the issue was at my end! Now at least I know just to chill.

Nothing on Channel 10 news so far, there was nothing on ABC24 either.

Hey darnudes, are you up in Qld? I just realised that all the news shows I'll be watching are Victorian, and probably won't consider Zahra of local interest. So far there's been absolutely ZERO about her on two news programs. Maybr you could check on your news if you're up there? Or ReVamps, if she can log on...... :D

I've seen a report by a family member that the Attic Story is BS. I believe them, I don't think she was put up in the attic.

Yep matey. I'm on 10 news now and will try and catch 9 and 7. Probably won't be on 10 as I don't think they have a news station based up in Brissie. Seems like the only media trying to do any proper "reporting" is the Townsville Bulletin - not surprising as she would have been thought of as a local I imagine.

Be great if Re Vamps can check in - she's in Townsville, right? Best place for local knowledge.

Is she? Didn't realise that.

ok...that was twice now... Not liking the new server Tricia...:(

anywho...found the search warrant in the mean time and reread it...
It states that they responded to a SMALL grass fire..
Took 4 burnt samples from both the 96 Tahoe and the brush pile..
3 swabs (possibly blood) from the Tahoe
The center console of the Tahoe

Looking at this warrant, they seized everything from the vehicles. or vehicle...

I suggest setting this page on 150% viewing...

I'm here -- on the west coast. Yah, stop tinkering! I'm a certifiable insomniac, and if I can't get on WS I have panic attacks :)

I'm watching Nancy Grace right now, and I don't think she was in the attic either. It would be much more disturbed if she were -- but it looks like a normal attic to me. They may have hidden things up there, but I don't think it was Zahra.

MOO
