I've witnessed my girlfriend being abused when I was very little.... Thinkin back about it now even, makes me cry...
I can barely say the word abused without crying.. How can these people....??[/B]

I think some people just react really different to things. My daughter is a strange strange bird when it comes to "crying" at times you'd expect her to. We watched Marley & Me shortly after we had to put our first lab to sleep and I was sobbing like a 5 year old. She laughed at me. She didn't cry when my father passed away.... but I briefly yelled at / scolded her yesterday because she was being mouthy and she sobbed for an hour. :waitasec: She never really cries when I would THINK she should or would.

Did you notice this one:

DWLR; UNSAFE TIRES $2,000.00 11/18/2010 09CR702308

They certainly nailed her with everything they had didn't they?

Hmm.. 2009 case#..

Anybody want to make a bet as to whether EB was driving the missing 1970's Monte Carlo when she was charged with this?

I'll take that bet LOL.

How did they go from one 1970's Monte Carlo to a couple of 90's model cars, a Tahoe and a Camry? Did they trade the Monte Carlo in for the two cars? Was it worth something being a classic car? How long have they had the other two cars? I wonder which car they used to run BB off the road. :waitasec:

I'd still like to know who drove which car. If most of the items in the search warrant came out of the Tahoe, I'm thinking that was the car she used. I can't see him driving to work every day with a comforter, sheet, pillows and their passports among other things in the car.

MOO

The search warrant didn't really specify this did it?

But, once the adult of the home came out, EB ran off like the coward she is...Big and bad to children...JMHO

I can't stand what I'm reading about precious Zahra and the treatment she's received from EB...I only wish for 15 minutes with EB...:furious:

I vote to send EB & AB to gitmo

I do wish we had more information about the Monte Carlo. Cars may 'disappear' but their records don't.....there has to be tag and title records for this car somewhere.....insurance records.... was it on the same policy w/ the Tahoe and their other car (or were NONE of the vehicles insured?!).... we can't get a tag w/o insurance whre I am, but I'm not in NC....

I wonder what kind of medical records they are after from Australia?
Have any doctors from North Carolina come out and said they have treated her?

Could it be possible for parents to make up the cancer story? Just a thought because i have not read anything from any of her doctors have any of u?

Maybe Dental records??

If the car was sold on it wouldn't be in question would it? I wonder if there's any likelyhood to the Monte Carlo hints thrown around on NG? Could Zahra be with the missing car?

These are good questions --

Per a news link posted yesterday: according to a Hickory local, AB/EB had 4 cars up until around the time Zahra went missing - at which time, the Monte Carlo disappeared.. leaving 3 cars on their property at the time of the search warrant (Tahoe, Camry, Impala). (Sorry I don't have the link handy) & IIRC, the article said EB was routinely seen driving the Monte Carlo until its disappearance.

It could mean nothing - or could mean something.

You'd think if they had sold the car (or similar) somebody would come forward to let LE know (considering LE's requests for the public to inform them of any recent contacts with the B family) :waitasec:

Police getting medical records of missing girlBy the CNN Wire Staff
October 19, 2010 8:08 a.m. EDT

Hickory, North Carolina (CNN) -- North Carolina authorities have been in contact with Zahra Baker's biological mother in Australia and have asked for the medical records of the missing 10-year-old girl.

"We're in the process of getting medical information from Australia, and we're in the process of getting medical records here," said Clyde Deal, the deputy police chief of Hickory on Monday.

What do you want to bet there's only going to be records from Australia and not squat from NC? I doubt they ever sought medical treatment for her here! Makes me so mad!

*sigh* They cannot be smart enough to totally disappear a car and a girl!!!!! I just won't believe that! They did this, and there has to be mistakes! There just has to be some sort of break soon!!!

The only reason the media is questioning the monte carlo is because a "friend" said they had one and it "disappeared" around the time of the move. I wish people would be more specific with their tips or that the reporters who get the info ask more questions. Did they have all three cars prior to the move and only one went missing or did they acquire a couple of new cars after the move at the same time as the monte carlo "disappeared".

I do not believe it has been stated anywhere that LE is looking for this car has it?

I've got some general info about EB's tags/insurance (history of traffic stops) I hope to share as soon as I can come up with a qualified link to post (per WS TOS).

I'll just say.. LE could be having a heyday trying to determine the Monte Carlo's exact owner. :banghead: (Valid tags & insurance didn't seem to be anywhere near the top of EB's priorities.)

My daughter is the same way. Her Father is like that as well. I'm emotional and they are not. At all. However just like you I remember one time I scolded her and it killed her she just melted and rushed into my arms and sobbed. Everyone is different and that's what makes us all special in our own way. OT,sorry.Just wanted to share that. Z needs to come home!!!!

Was the Hickory local quoted in the article or were they commenting on it? Hate to ask but do you have the link?

I honestly can't remember how or where I read it but I was sure that in the beginning it was established that the Impala belonged to the property owner and he just stored it there. I'm sure he stores a lot of stuff there, it looks like a big property. The big tree removal truck was there during the balloon vigil.

Aah.. I missed the info about the Impala belonging to the landlord. Anyone got a link for that?

Oh I really HOPE SO!!!!! Yes, nail both of their butts with that, especially AB, being the biological father! It was his responsibility to continue her medical treatment here! Your days are numbered, AB!

Yeah, and who knows what druggy friends she bought it from or sold it to? It might be in parts by now! I really hope not, though.
