I have seen it transcribed both different ways depending on the news source. there was the OZ newsource provided I think by darnudes or maybe puddn in last nights thread (I think #16) in their transcription the word is OUT.

Not being argumentative, just saying, we never resolved that one. We do not know if the transcription was done by media personnel or by LE prior to providing tapes to media. I am betting they provided tapes, each news source transcribed it themselves and therefore, the difference.

Some people seem to think he said "up"... when I listened to it I heard "out"....every time I listen I still hear "out"... it is said w/ his accent which I think is why some people think it is "up"....JMO!

I'd like to hear from our Aussie sleuths who are more familiar w/ his accent what THEY believe he said.

I am wondering if EB has had any visitors in the past 24 hours...or if some information was gleaned from her previous visitors. I believe a daughter and son in law and AB. Can't remember who posted originally and I am headed to work.

Well it's anywhere from 2-5am there right now. We might have a 6am early riser show up in about an hour.

ETA: It's only 2am in the area where Zahra is from.
