Hi folks, I must firstly apologise for my sudden disappearance, my computer decided it needed to restart in the middle of listening to the 911 call and then didn't want to let me back on. Need a new hard disk.

Anyway the answer is ........... OUT ..... he is saying out of her room.

Now can someone please give me a quick catch up as I am now a thread behind and so many pages.

Did they find anything with the search?

Is there anymore of this UK fellow?

I absolutely loved the bail going UP that was a classic.

My apologies again to all.

No announcements of any piece of evidence being found so far at landfill.

Mysterious Londoner Mr. Fullman of the $10,000 remains mysterious.

It was in a video interview on GMA. I went to the library yesterday and watched the videos as I have dial up here at home. I hate to link without being able to watch it to make sure its the one im talking about. Do I need to delete?

Don't worry about it...Dear Prudence had the link handy and posted it. You're right, it was the GMA interview. He was outside with the police chief and Stephanopoulos (IIRC) was interviewing him from the studio. :)

At this moment, I do not believe Adam had anything to do with the disappearance of his daughter.

IMO, I feel that the ruse that Elisa setup with regards to the fire failed and she had to come up with another story upon Adam's return from looking for a job or going to work.

Perhaps Elisa felt that once she started the fire in the back yard, and wrote the note, she may have figured that the police would go inside her home to check the house and make sure it was secure and they would then see Zahra was missing.

At that point, the scenario of "they" took the wrong child would come forward. Since that didn't happen and perhaps Adam at some point during the day, would want to see Zarah and go into her room, Elisa had to come up with another plan, of which, was Elisa coming out of the house screaming that Zahra was gone upon Adam's return.

I feel the dog didn't bark with the onset of the fire as the dog knows Elisa, however, a little tantalizing of the dog would make the dog bark and wake up Adam.

Elisa had plenty of time from the moment Adam left to go look for work or go to work to go anywhere to dispose of "articles" of Zahra.

At times I dismiss all the "chatter" from relatives about beatings, and then I put them back in my thoughts in order to come up with a reason for Zahra missing and why she is missing.

I feel Adam is a very gullible man and was fed a lot of "poop" especially about the onset of Zahra going into puberty. A man hasn't got a clue when a female is starting puberty and what they may act on while in the process of puberty. However a woman would know and Elisa probably told Adam the reason why Zahra is in her room etc., due to her attitude, puberty, etc., etc.

I also feel when Adam mention the puberty statement is because he only just recently heard it and his chuckle was a form of embarrassment because he realized he made that statement.

Now, I wish I had a clue why sweet, precious Zahra is missing. I feel though that Zarah may have been sleeping when this happened, and was not aware of anyone coming into her room.

I'm tending to agree with you about AB. And for the record, I'm usually the first to cry guilt in these situations.

But... there's something about this situation that makes me wonder. And I'm trying to build a bit of a character profile of AB here. So... what kind of man uproots a child and moves halfway across the earth for an internet relationship? What kind of man is quickly sucked in to a world of bad checks, money scams, drugs [allegedly] etc etc? What kind of man is too oblivious not to notice his daughter is being abused? I keep hearing words like "evil" and "monster" come up in response to these questions. But, bear with me here [and please no one take this the wrong way]... what if the issue was more that AB is just not very bright? Or perhaps has a learning disability or social disorder, or... I heard Asperger's mentioned by another poster earlier, which could be applicable here as well.

I'm very curious to hear more about his background pre-EB. Did he struggle with social cues? Make decisions that appeared to be lacking in common sense, perhaps? Maybe just never really seemed that "with it." I don't know... I just have this picture of this man as somewhat of a social outcast (he doesn't really seem to have many friends here in the states, even though he's been here for quite awhile, and I haven't really heard of any former friends speaking up from Australia), and not the brightest guy. I think EB preyed on that big time.

The lead policeman in the case, Sheriff John McDevitt, told ABC news that he doesn't believe what Adam Baker has told them and he's not sure that his concern for his daughter is genuine. "I don't know how sincere his concern is..." McDevitt said. When asked whether he believed Adam's claims, McDevitt responded, "I don't."

I wonder if the police still feel the same way since the article was written?

Thanks for that ..... is the search still going?

I wonder if there are many more mysterious men behind the scenes.

No disrespect to anyone-this is a POV I can get behind. LE has reason to believe this child has been gone for a month perhaps. It isnt because they are investing much in whether he thinks he saw her "out of bed" on Tuesday or um Thursday. JMO.

You're quite welcome. Landfill search will go on till nightfall, and will last as long as five days. As for behind the scenes in a case like this, safe to say that further mysteries remain!

I notice the CNN.com site has a story titled Landfill being searched for Zahra Clues...but NG still has Landfill being searched for Zahra...much more dramatic that way :(

You know..this is very possible, I mean that he is very guillable, not bright, etc...but that still doesnt mean he isnt involved in the cover up at least. I dont think he actually killed Z either, but I think he is definitely involved in the cover up and maybe for all of the above reasons.

He says the last time he 100% saw his daughter out of bed was Tuesday but then later says it was Thursday. What the H E double hockey sticks??

Yes, I wondered about that 100% too. 100% also means "whole". Which brings me to a dark place.....the last time he saw all of her. I dunno, just a thought I had.

He temporarily forgot the script :waitasec:

It appears to me that AB spent most of his time in Oz working and tending to his daughter. Those who have spoken up from there have said he was lonely. He lived with his parents and I have not heard of any girlfriends he may have had. If this is true...easy prey.

That's a really good point. And could also explain a lot of the weirdness of the 911 call - obviously being coached/manipulated, and obviously not very good at not sounding like he's being coached. =)

The landfill is probably not open to the public. They would have had to dump whatever evidence somewhere else (dumpster, trash can, etc) that was picked up by a truck.

I think someone posted a link to this landfill that had public hours (was about proper disposal of deer carcasses) so it appear that the public can dump there. I am sure that's also "recorded" though.

NOTE TO SELF: When choosing between living with a Monster and being lonely, choose being lonely. Its safer.

I can only imagine how difficult it is for any one to stand in front of a TV camera, knowing millions of people are looking at you without screwing up something at some point. I know this would not be easy for me.

Heck, it took me a long time to comment on my YouTube videos. :blushing:

Has any word come out regarding Elisa's other court appearance this afternoon?
