Has he taken a polygraph? Not that he has to but with missing children IMO it should be illegal not to. <in regards to suspected crimes against children>
NEWTON, N.C. - A judge deemed the stepmother of a missing 10-year-old girl a flight risk and raised her bond Wednesday after the woman's grown daughter testfied that she's carrying on an online relationship with an man in England who was sending her thousands of dollars.
Co-operating a 100%? Nope, have not heard or read any LE say that.
IS AY EB's Ex-husband??
I would think if LE believed AB, they would not still be trying to find someone other than him who say they saw Zahra in the last who knows when..............
More like ex live-in boyfriend I think.
Polygraphs aren't foolproof. Otherwise they could be introduced as court evidence without stipulation. As for "it should be illegal not to" - nonsense. Let's lose some more of our rights, eh?
Oh ok. I was wondering cause he had made a couple posts today on his FB.
Everyone knows they're not admissible, a polygraph is nothing but a tool to indicate a persons truthfulness. I'd argue it's our children who lost their rights and supersede the rights of adults who victimize them. I never said it should be used to convict.
He says the last time he 100% saw his daughter out of bed was Tuesday but then later says it was Thursday and only after the reporter questioned him on the date. What the H E double hockey sticks??
Pretty sure AY is EB's ex-husband (he certainly claims to be, anyway).
Your argument is to require someone to do something which the Constitution says he or she does not have to do - self-incriminate, based on evalutation of evidence given by the non-scientific opinion of an examiner, who is almost always a member of LE.
