How can you 100% see someone? You either SEE them or you DON'T! :banghead: Big RED flag that statement.

Not if you just think you saw someone that in your mind was supposed to be there...like in bed under the covers.

You see them out and about or you see them under the covers- pretty simple to me.

Thanks, but I'll wait for feedback from the mods which I am doing by the way.

Probably so for those that might have something that might incriminate them. Should they have clean hands, whats the problem? Keep in mind I stated with children <limited> and it's JMO

Our rights under our Constitution are not JMO, and the polygraph is not a foolproof device.

Didn't they say it would assist with their timeline? I am thinking a reciept of some kind.....

our landfill/waste companies have a specific routine and method in which they dump waste. This may true of this landfill.

Tuesday it may be dumped in "pile" A, wednesday it may be dumped in pile B etc and so on.

IMO This specific piece of evidence, will be located in an area where trash from many places on the truck's route was dumped.

All that garbage in the same general "layer" of the pile will likely be from garbage that was thrown out during the same time period as the piece of evidence they seek. Much of that garbage will be receipts, newspapers, etc that will offer a clue to the date/time period it was dumped.

Conceivably, "joe blow's" garbage located near this evidence could very well nail down the timeline.

Also, if they have info or tip that EB or AB made the dump run themselves and the evidence did not come there in a garbage truck, it is probable that for liability reasons, individuals who dump there are directed to a separate area, that is not being dumped in by the large trucks or being moved around by heavy equipment.

Sociopaths can usually pass them even though they're lying through their teeth....just saying. :waitasec:

They were never married. She's had three husbands...Winkler, Harris and Baker.

Interesting -- he refers to her as his ex-wife. Thank you!

Does anyone know AB's birthdate? I have Aug. 6, 1977 or is it June 8, 1977?

cooperative, honest and sincere are all different things.

I can be cooperative but not be honest and sincere.

I can answer tons of questions, go wherever they want me to go, let them search my house or anything else they want to search, give them my computers, give them DNA, and even my fingerprints....I would be giving 100% of my cooperation. That doesn't mean I'm being honest and sincere.

Casey Anthony was cooperative taking investigators to Universal and to various apartments...she did what they wanted her to do. She just wasn't honest or sincere about any of it.

They aren't reliable- they can be easily manipulated by the guilty and just as easily failed by the innocent.

Where did I say it was foolproof AND my opinion of it is just that JMO

We can agree to disagree.

Also reported on NG, take it or leave it, that the only reason he was not sitting in jail alongside his beloved is that police were hoping he would led them to Zahra. Off the record talk yes but believable nevertheless.

Yes, I remember that! It was actually on JVM last night and you and I posted what was said at exactly the same time. I'm sure there is a transcript if someone wants to view it in its official setting, but here are our posts during the program last night:

We're all here for the same reason, Justice for Zahra.

If for some reason I have offended anyone here I would like to say sorry. I don't know what I have done but I hope that for the sake of Zahra we could all continue to post here peacefully.

Okay. Peace. You do argue your position well.

I think they already have the date. I think they're looking at garbage that was picked up after the midnight run to the trailer park. :(

MOO

Agreed. Your posts have been spectacular throughout, for which I thank you. Peace for our disagreement of late.

You are correct and I haven't seen anyone say he is being 100% honest only that the man is co-operating and doing everything asked of him.

I think the leg is important, and may prove to be the bombshell. This is so strange to think about.

Oddly enough, the antique show on tv had an old prosthesis that was worth $3K today. I just happen to catch that segment twice, and it made me think about Zahra.

It is 6 July 1977, (I think) EB's birthday is 6 June 1968.

Just curious is there any consistency with her changeover rate of partners eg: every couple of years or so.

If so Adam's time may well have been up, just a thought!
