Now his name is in MSM, and he can be victimized again and again. Lordy.

IF that's even a real name. Don't want to see an innocent party victimized, but there is no telling what kind of insight he may have.

I'm curious as to why he started! IIRC the daughter said that EB picked up money from him the day before she was arrested..who knows IF he will stop.

Is she a public defense attorney or doing it pro bono?

If public defense, she may not have a choice.

From the history, doesn't sound like EB could afford a high-powered defense attorney, so if pro bono, yes, I think name recognition, but certainly not the money, because I don't think she'd be getting paid on this case.

Knowing her reputation I wouldn't doubt she would take the case pro bono. This is MY opinion and I am not bad-mouthing her....Unless I am confused she has taken other local high profile case in this area (nothing as national as this one) pro bono as well. There was a man who was suing the Caldwell County police earlier this year and she was representing him. He was accused of murdering his wife....most people thought he did it..... and she was charing the police with locking him up till his court case because he lost his farm and business etc.

Yep, different first name..still don't know if that's a real name. I wonder if she used her real name (or one of the names she uses anyway) picking it up. If it was sent Western Union or something like that she would have to show ID.

Yep and I don't feel as he had anything to do with it, but you know what they say..you lay down with dogs...(not literally of course, as we have no reason to believe that they ever met)

I am sure that LE has found this information on the computer they seized. You would be amazed at the info that a user thinks is deleted that can be recovered quite easily.

Not sure.....the people who were posting there are blaming AB's family, but I think they would not know any more than we do. I saw a post a few hours ago where someone asked who the admin was, and that would have been one of the last ones.

There's a chance it it temporary. Don't know.
